班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。
为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生爱上英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。
否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。
因此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。
