二、呈现新课(Presentation)（1）再次播放本课歌曲“Hello”的录音，自然引出师生之间的打招呼。
T: Hello, boys and girls.Ss: Hello.（2）教师利用这个机会及时向学生介绍自己：Hello, I'm ... / Hi, I'm ....（3）教师戴上Sarah的头饰介绍：Hello! I'm Sarah. / Hi! I'm Sarah.（教师在示范时，一定要用手势语言辅助学生理解。
（4）给学生戴上Sarah, Chen Jie, Mike, Wu Yifan的面具或头饰，扮演这些人物到讲台前说Hello! I'm ....（5）听录音，或通过录像，来展示Let's talk部分的教学内容。
三、趣味操练(Practice)（1）游戏玩Let's play中的游戏“击鼓传花”。
首先，将全班学生分为两大组。
教师放音乐，两组学生同时开始传花，当音乐停止时，两组各有一名学生拿到花，这时，拿到花的学生就说：Hello, I'm ... / Hi, I'm ....（2）两到四个人一组练习自我介绍。

b、向学生出示本课书的教学挂图，借助该挂图，复现上一节课的小动物。
在巩固复习的基础上引出新的单词dog , duck.。
教师可以戴上动物的头饰介绍：Hello! I’m a dog. My name is Doggy. What’s your name? Hi! I’m duck. My name is Ducky.,并请同学戴上小动物的头饰进行对话。
c、听录音，用投影展示句型和生单词的教学内容，让学生听录音，跟读，并要求学生用手指着句单词进行认读，力求做到“眼到、手到、口到、心到”，体会其英语句意。
C、Practicea、将学生分成四个动物代表队，进行课文对话表演，比一比，看一看，哪组同学创设的场景最好，表情丰富，语句运用充分得体，为他们颁发最佳表演奖。
