教材分析：
此篇小故事内容简单，主要谈话内容涉及到三年级上册所学的文具及在本单元所学的周一到周日几个单词以及句型：we have _____on_____.围绕新学期购物需求展开谈话，和小学生的生活内容十分贴近。
学情分析：
五年级学生已经学过两年的英语，具备了一定的听说读写的能力，加上此篇小故事内容简单，实现教学目标较容易。由于内容贴近小学生的生活实际，孩子们也比较喜欢。
教学目标：
1.能读懂小故事。
2.能愉快的表演小故事。
3.培养学生热爱校园生活的意识。

一、本课教学目标

1.热身活动。
(1) 教师和学生一起演唱上一节课Fun Time里的歌曲，复习稳固相关的词汇和功能句，同时活泼课堂气氛。
(2)师生对话：What country do you want to visit Why以此来引入本课话题。
2. 呈现故事。
(1)初步了解故事大意。
教师利用课件呈现第一幅图，介绍主要任务及起因，引导学生观察图片。
呈现图片①，教师提问：What can you see in the big house请学生预测房子里会有什么......
呈现图⑧，教师提问：What animal is it请学生猜测Angel看见了什么动物。学生可以用汉语或英文说出海狸鼠这个词。
Tip: Angel实际上在英语里是“天使〞的意思。
(2) 请学生按照上述问题快速浏览故事，了解大意，同时验证自己的预测。
3. 图片环游，理解故事。
