从美泰克公司CEO拉尔夫·黑克(Ralph F. Hake)的位于屋子一角的办公室望出去，公司员工的一举一动尽收眼底，而外面街道上的车来车往也一览无余。
但是黑克现在已经没有了这个好心情，眼下他所领导的公司正作为一个猎物被众多想法各异的买家来回争夺。

3.品牌历史
1952年,在离开大提顿国家森林公园3年后,詹姆斯先生重回旧地并与其曾朝夕相处的同事相聚。
在此期间,詹姆斯先生从同事口中得知,曾经的好友与同事或多或少都患有不同程度的脊椎问题,这一切主要是由于长期艰辛的巡山工作而得不到良好的睡眠导致的,而正是这一次平凡的相聚,触动了詹姆斯先生即将开创的不平凡的睡眠事业。
多年与自然朝夕相处的工作,让本就热爱自然的詹姆斯先生致力于将自然中最原生态的元素融入到睡眠中,给人以最舒适的睡眠享受。
1955年，姆斯先生开发出了全球首张便携式卷垫，在经过不断地试用，改进和推广中，这
款便携式卷垫成为当时最受欢迎的户外运动爱好者的装备之一，这款便携式卷垫被正式命名为“Travel Light轻装旅行”。
