教材分析 目前初中一年级的新生的英语水平存在一定的差别，这在一定程度上增加了初中一年级教学的难度，预备级教材就矛盾而设计的，学完预备级教材对帮助学生顺利过渡到初中一年级上册的学习是很有益处的，，但这并不意味着所有学生都可以在同一个水平线上顺利学完预备级，建议教师要根据自己学生的实际水平合理安排预备级的教学。预备级的推荐教学时间为3—4周。
学情分析 尽管NSE配备了预备级，但是作为农村学生，尤其相当一部分根本无学习英语的好习惯的学生，在入门学习的阶段表现得相当滞后。经过入门阶段的教学，我们发现：好一点的学生对英语的掌握也只停留在会说的水平上，落实到写及应用上的时候，情况就相当地糟糕。
针对这种情况，我校在入门教学阶段，放慢了教学进度，并为提高学生学习兴趣想了一些办法，使得大部分同学都能较顺利地通过入门学习。我们在使用这套教材的时候发现：好同学与差同学的差距比较大。由于部分学生的英语学习习惯不大好，加上教材的词汇量较多，使得这些同学一开始就处于落后的境地。两极分化现象令人担忧。
模块教学目标 1.语言知识目标：

2.语言技能目标：

⑶能够读懂其他同学介绍自己和问候别人的小对话。
⑷能够写一个和同班同学的小对话。

【拓展】Hello与Hi的异同：
