Lesson40.doc
He wanted to be sociable
Mrs. Rumhold was a large, unsmilinglady ⋯ She did not even look up when I took my seat besideher 能看出只有 c. rude(粗的,无礼的)最能描述Mrs.
3. b只有 b. during(在⋯⋯期)最符合法,而along都不是准确的表达方式,所以 b.a. on, c. in, d.4. ca. Please to sit 不合乎法,please 后面不有to;b. Please sit是准的祈使句形式,符合法,所以只能c.5. a只有 a. sat 坐下,与前一句的 took my seat( 坐) 的意思和时态相符,所以应该选 a.b. seated(使坐下)是及物动词,通常用be seated或seatedoneself seating,表示“坐下” ;c. was sitted既不合乎语法,也不合乎时态。
只有 a. hasn’t come yet(还没有来)同is coming的含义相符,所以只能选a. It hasn’t come yet.而b. is here(在这),c. has already come ( 已经来了 ) ,d. came( 来过了 ) 这 3 个选择都与 is coming的含义不符。
