一、热身复习
1）学生们边唱边跳《小期末》。
2）听完后，老师进行情感渗透I hope you can study hard ,then to be more

二、导入并学习活动1：
老师播放纽约唐人街舞狮表演的视频，询问学生:“Where are they ?”请学生回答你的问题。有些学生可能对唐人街有所了解，所以部分学生能回答出这个问题。对学生说：“They are in New York.They are in Chinatown.” 然后出示“There’s a
Chinatown in New York.”并问学生“Are there any Chinatowns in China?”引导学生回答“All towns in China are Chinatowns!”并播放活动1的课文，让学生跟读。学生们跟读完了以后，进行情感渗透：Chinatown的中文翻译是唐人街。有时也称为华埠或中国街。它是中国人聚居地和商业区。目前,纽约有三个公认的唐人街。它们是曼哈顿区的唐人街(Chinatown)、皇后区的法拉盛(Flushing)和布鲁克林区的第八大道(Eighth Avenue)。 唐朝在中国历史上是一个强盛的朝代。在海外的华侨华人往往称自己是“唐人”，他们聚集的地方便称为唐人街。 唐人街是中华民族在海外的落脚地，也是中华文化在海外的保留地和生长点。住在唐人街,就像在中国大陆、台湾和香港等其他华人小城一样。
三、学习新课：
.课文教学：
1、老师先出示中国商店和餐馆的图片，让学生学习Chinese shops and restaurants,并延伸到句子There are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants.（配合图片进行）There’s Chinese dancing.并通过PPT让学生感受中国唐人街的风俗人情。 .
2、请学生认真听第一遍录音，并回答问题（1、）What is Daming doing?
（2、）Does Daming miss China?

There _____ (is /are) Chinese dancing. 引导学生回答出这三个问题，然后让通过PPT，让学生了解there be的结构，并紧跟上练习题

1、描述有某人/某物的句型：there be句型
原句：There’s Chinese dancing.
There be句型用来表达“有”，be要与其后的名词在数上保持一致，如果be后接两个或两个以上的名词，be的形式要与离它最近的名词在数上保持一致，即就近原则。
（1）肯定句：There is/are +某人/某物（+其他）。
2 例： There is a cat and some flowers on the table.
There are some flowers and a cat on the table.
（2）否定句：There is/are +not+某人/某物（+其他）。

本节课是我作为一名新教师的汇报课, 本节课的内容我选取的是六年级上册第2 模块第1单元There’s Chinese dancing. 由于六年级使用的是新教材，目前与课文相关的资源课件很难找到，因此，在备课的过程中，我也做了充分的准备。对于如何才能让六年级的学生们对英语课产生兴趣，如何才能让听不懂英语的学生也能投入到课堂教学活动中去等等这些问题，我也采取了几个小方法。
一、课文导入
Let’s enjoy an English song 《There is a Great Wall in
China》 ，承前启后，调动学生学习的积极性，为下一步学习打基础。便进入了课文的学习。
二、 课文精讲。通过一步步的情景设计充分调动学生的积极性来学习文本，设计小问题来掌握知识点，如问答，如选择。最后让学生一句一句跟着读，培养学生们的语音语调语感。在PPT中出示的课文，我将重点单词、短语、句子都用横线画了出来，目的是为了让学生明确重点、清晰可见。在讲解知识点的时候，也会延伸到其他知识，根据对课文的学习与理解之后，我让学生们找出本节课的重点内容，即there be 句型的用法：there is+
可数名词单数/不可数名词；there are+可数名词复数。

通过学习了there be句型的用法，仿照例句完成书上的Practice.设计这一环节是为了让学生将课堂上所学的内容快速掌握并运用。因为是课堂练习，所以就应该是当堂学、当堂练、当堂会，这样才能达到高效的课堂教学效果
四、知识拓展运用。
运用“There is … There are…”来进行描述。在课堂上营造生活中的情景，使课堂生活化，贴近学生的生活，让学生在自己熟悉的环境中探究新知，为以后的学习打下坚实的基础。因此在巩固阶段让学生来描述教室，学生在介绍时很自然地用到了There is和There
