2. 通过阅读文的学习，学会一些阅读方法，提高学生的英文阅读理解能力。
帮助学生明白自己或者他人烧伤时应该采取哪些急救措施是必要的，也是重要的。
如果我们多了解一些急救知识，我们就可以帮助自己和他人逃生。
本节课的内容很实用，学生的学习兴趣比较浓厚。
阅读文的教学分为几个步骤：1.让学生仅读标题，预测文章的大意。
2.读文章的标题和小标题来检测你先前的预测是否正确。
3.浏览全文，掌握文章的主旨。
4.精读文章,进一步挖掘文章中的一些重要信息点。
阅读环节环环相扣，目的是帮助学生吃透文章。
这样处理完一节课，学生会轻轻松松掌握文章所传递的信息。
同时，学生学会了一些有效的阅读方法。
教会学生理解一篇阅读文固然重要，但是更重要的是教会学生如何运用所学到的阅读方法去处理更多的阅读文，提高他们的阅读理解能力。
本节课教学环节齐全,详略得当，重点突出。
教学方法尽量多样化。
我努力将新的教学理念融入课堂，引导学生、激发学生积极参与课堂教学的每个环节，尽可能鼓励学生在课堂上多说英语，本节课学生的表现还不错。
课前我最担心是在巩固文章的短文填空中，学生会不会因为生词的干扰填不出个别空位而冷场，结果他们出乎意料地填对了所有的空。
此外，在处理最后一段内容时，让学生四人一组摘录出对于烧伤急救我们应该做什么或者不应该做什么时，我欣喜地发现学生合作得不错，多数组能够按时完成任务。
我及时地呈现了两组学生的作品，完成任务的学生看到自己的成果展现给了大家，他们心理会有满足感，会有成功的喜悦感，会想着下次努力做得更快更好；而没有在规定时间内完成任务的学生看到别的同学的任务完成得那么好，他们也会从内心深处下决心，争取下次赶上来，所以学生作品的呈现可以有效地推动课堂教学，提高课堂教学的实效性。
我会坚持使用这样的教学方法在我平时的教学中。
