应注重语言学习的过程，强调语言学习的实践性，主张学生在语境中接触、体验和理解真实语言，并在此基础上学习和运用语言。
鼓励学生在教师的指导下，通过体验、实践、参与、探究和合作等方式，发现语言规律，逐步掌握语言知识和技能，不断调整情感态度，形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习能力。
同时对学生进行大量的语言输入，提供丰富的课程资源，创造性地开发和利用英语学习资源，拓展学生学习和运用英语的渠道。
2..教学背景分析教学内容分析：教材在第三单元涉及了外貌的话题，本单元主要谈论学生的喜好，为了贴近生活，从饮食入手，深入浅出地进行渗透。
学情分析：七年级的学生对饮食还是非常感兴趣的，所以我将把重点放在如何创设真实的语言环境和适合他们的活动上，创造机会鼓励学生来说英语、用英语，降低学习难度，使他们体会成功的喜悦，提高学生的综合语用能力，在面向不同层次的学生提问、完成任务、作业方面注意层次性。

2.能听懂关于就餐的对话，能说出英语国家中常见的饮料与食品的名称。
3.树立餐桌上的节俭意识。

步骤2：Warm up ——a gamePlay a game.. The students are divided into four groups, the group leader chooses a letter, then do the exercise..A: 10 points.. Please say words about fruit (at least 8)..B: 20 points.. Please say words about vegetables (at least 8)..C: 30 points.. Please say words about drink..(at least 10)D: 40 points.. Please say words about food (at least 12)..设计意图：通过游戏使学生以愉快、放松的心情投入本节课的英语学习，吸引学生的注意力，激发他们的好奇心，同时起到复习和学习新知的作用。

而且话题是学生关心的、感兴趣的话题，学生很容易轻松地进入到本课的学习中。
步骤4：听文章，填空。
