四、精密过滤器滤芯
精密过滤器滤芯是过滤器的心脏,顾名思义为滤芯。滤芯一般主要用在油过滤、水过滤、空气过滤等过滤行业。除去过滤介 质中少量杂质,可保护设备的正常工作或者空气的洁净,当流体经过过滤器中具有一定精度的滤芯后,其杂质被阻挡,而清洁的 流物通过滤芯流出。
过滤器滤芯能够净化受到污染的介质,达到我们生产、生活所需要的洁净状态,具有一定的洁净度。 过滤器滤芯使用范围 非常广泛,大到工业生产如钢铁冶炼、电力生产、海洋净化等等,小到生活饮用水处理、生活垃圾在利用、汽车燃用过滤、自行 车润滑油过滤等等,所以说,我们生活当中洁净技术都在使用过滤器、滤芯。 过滤器滤芯根据使用介质分为:空气过滤器 滤芯、水过滤器滤芯、油过滤器滤芯。

二、精密过滤器概述
工作原理 精密过滤器(又称作保安过滤器),筒体外壳一般采用不锈钢材质制造,内部采用 PP 熔喷、线烧、折叠、钛滤芯、 活性炭滤芯等管状滤芯作为过滤元件,根据不同的过滤介质及设计工艺选择不同的过滤元件,以达到出水水质的 要求。机体也可选用快装式,以方便快捷的更换滤芯及清洗。该设备广泛应用于制药、化工、食品、饮料、水处 理、酿造、石油、印染、环保等行业,是各类液体过滤、澄清、提纯处理的理想设备。

专用添加剂
MTU公司认可使用的发动机油是专门为柴油机开发的,它具有所要求的性能。因此使用额外的添加剂不仅是多余的, 甚至可能是有害的。
实验室分析
概述
机油试验分析可委托MTU公司实验室、机油分析实验室或相应的机油制造商进行。 油样的采集要按照操作手册进行。 要求提供下列数据:
机油制造商 带有粘度等级的牌号名称 要分析的旧机油的运行时间 被采集油样的发动机编号 必须提供的是(在每次更换机油时): 至少0.25升使用过的旧油 至少0.25升参考油样(在运行约1小时后采集) 至少0.25升新机油 机油的光谱分析 MTU公司实验室对发动机油中添加金属含量进行分析以确定油的牌号。 通常MTU公司不为确定发动机磨损程度而分析油中磨损金属含量。 磨损金属含量水平很大程度上取决于下列因素: 发动机设备的配备状态 样本分散度 运行条件 负载情况 液体和润滑剂 安装辅助材料 因此不可能对发动机各部件的磨损状态作出明确的结论, 这就意味着对磨损金属含量无法给出极限值。 旧油分析
这些规定基于制造商的说明书以及所在国适用的法律法规和技术规定。因为国与国之间可能存在很大差异,所以不可 能制定一个具有通用法律效力的规定,作为液体和润滑剂应用的准则。 因此使用本手册所列产品的用户,有责任自行了解现行的规定。对错误或非法使用本公司认可的液体和润滑剂,MTU 公司不承担任何责任。
