Starter Unit 3 What color is it?(初中英语七年级上)Lesson Type: New lesson说课稿一、教材分析。
What color is it? 是一个承上启下的单元,有效而全面地复习了预备篇前三单元的内容后,本单元的主要介绍用颜色表达物品的特征,为以后的单元学习奠定良好的基础。
本单元共四个课时,我选择的是第一课时。
该部分学习八种颜色的表达,同时学习letters(U,V,W,X,Y,Z,S,T)八个字母;学习words 紧密围绕“询问颜色”这一话题,把字母、有关颜色的日常交际用语、词汇和结构有机地结合起来。
让学生通过结组讨论,看图上色,听读等手段达到对该部分内容的深刻理解。
二、学情分析。
七年级绝大部分学生对英语很感兴趣,学习热情较高,有学习英语的愿望和兴趣,乐于参与各种英语实践活动。
具体表现在:1、有学好英语的信心,敢于用英语进行表达;语言组织能力、逻辑表达能力,都需加强。
2、乐于模仿,敢于开口,积极参与,主动请教;能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,相互帮助,共同完成学习任务。
但个别学生的学习热情较低,学习欠主动。
3、学生正处于成长发育阶段,记忆力较好,理解和认知水平还有待提高。
本节课以师生互动为主,充分练习,展示个性,让学生运用所学知识来解决问题,实现课堂时效性。
三、教学内容:八个字母和八个表示颜色的单词。
本单元为Starter的最后一个单元,主要学习字母Uu,Vv,Ww,Xx,Yy,Zz Ss,Tt和表示颜色的八个单词(red, yellow, green, blue, black ,white, purple and brown以及What color is it? It’s……四、教学目标:1、知识目标:字母U_T,识别物体颜色,并能用口语正确表达2.能力目标:熟练谈论各种颜色,3.情感目标:通过不同学生对颜色的喜好,培养学生发现美,创造美的意识,激发他们参与讨论的热情。
