沥青混合料面层施工与质量控制

摘要

影响道路的因素很多，有设计方面的因素、有建材的品质因素、有施工的因素、有施工质量与施工人员的责任心、技术素质以及机械操作、施工工艺等。在沥青路面施工过程中，质量的控制和检查是保证质量最重要的一环，对施工质量的好坏影响很大。本文主要就沥青混凝土路面施工质量控制的问题进行了认真研究。

沥青混凝土路面在我国高等公路建设中使用非常广泛，沥青路面的施工是公路施工中一道关键工序。影响沥青路面质量的因素有三个阶段：第一阶段：沥青面层施工前阶段；第二阶段：沥青面层施工阶段；第三阶段：沥青面层施工后，即工后交付使用阶段。第一、第二阶段可通过一定措施，采用适当的施工工艺和加强现场管理控制对平整度指标加以控制和提高；第三阶段可通过及时养护加以处理或通过路面专项维修恢复其路面使用功能。影响沥青路面质量的因素主要有：下承层平整度不良对沥青路面平整度的传递影响因素、沥青混合料的影响因素、摊铺作业的影响因素、碾压作业的影响因素等。沥青路面施工应贯彻“精心施工，质量第一”的方针，保证沥青混凝土路面施工质量，使铺筑的沥青混凝土路面坚实、耐久、平整、稳定、提供舒适、舒畅的交通条件。随着科技的不断发展，许多新技术，新材料都得到了实际应用，各种规范、标准化较齐全，但从实际施工来看，尚有许多值得探讨的问题。对此，现举例就211国道淳化境内标段沥青路面施工质量控制及病害防治措施简要叙述。

Abstract

Many factors affect the road, design factors, building

materials qualityy factors, construction factors, constructionquality and construction personnel responsibility, technical quality and mechanical operation, construction technology etc.. In the asphalt pavement construction process, qualitycontrol and quality inspection is one of the most importantring, very good or bad influence on construction quality. By studying the problem in this paper, the quality control of asphalt concrete pavement construction.

Asphalt concrete pavement is widely used in the highway construction in our country, the construction of asphalt pavement in highway construction is a key procedure.Factors influencing the quality of asphalt pavement has three stages: the first stage: asphalt pavementconstruction stage; the second stage: asphalt surface construction stage; the third stage: the construction of asphalt surface layer, namely after the commissioningstage. The first second stages, by some measurees, the construction technology with appropriate andstrengthening the field management control to control andimprove the evenness index; the third stage through thetimely
