3）温度控制：炉内在网带平面上的控温精度控制在10℃以内（以同一硅片在炉内的多点温度曲线为检验手段）；炉内在不同时间内的控温误差在10℃以内（以同一硅片多次在炉内的温度测试曲线为检验手段）。
4）网带速度控制：网带速度的不稳定性需要控制在2%以内。
网带运行过程中无明显的上下、前后的抖动。
5）温度升、降控制：从开机到温度稳定，时间不超过15分钟；硅片在炉内加热时，升温曲线斜率（升温速率）大于等于50℃/秒；降温曲线斜率大于等于-60℃/秒，且电池片在烧结炉出口温度小于60℃。

停电故障
烧结炉正常工作时突然出现现停电故障，应 立即打开电源控制柜确认是外部停电故障， 还是设备内部电源故障。如果是外部停电故 障应立即关闭总电源开关，并取下进口和出 口传送带上的硅片，来电时在设备PC上下载 冷却工艺，开启设备，取出炉子里的硅片， 再按正常开机升温步骤升温即可恢复生产； 如果是设备内部总电源故障，请通知工程部 该设备的相关负责人处理。

为了延长烧结炉加热管寿命，升温按三步升温 原则，不可直接运行工艺温度。

3 烧结炉的功能
干燥区功能
干燥最后应用的浆料, 燃尽浆料内有机组分。
烧结区功能
通过高温烧结将浆料渗透入 硅片表面，形成电极。
冷却区功能
冷却传送带和硅片， 保证测试温度符合要求。

（九）、烘箱上设置的排湿机构是用来排除箱内潮湿空气的，排 湿时间待烘箱温度升到你所需要的设定值后、即进行排湿，但排湿阀 中的开启角度不能太大，一般排湿量要根据物料含有的水分量来进 行。
（十）、整体运输进行安装的，由于运输过程中各部件有移位现 象，使用时必须对部件进行调正，以保证烘箱的使用效果。
（十一）、CT 系列烘箱风管必须保温，以减少热量损失。
（七）、烘箱内左右两侧的百叶窗在调正叶片角度时，尽量使热风 流通面积大，请注意最下部两张叶片不要打开，从第三张开始向上， 其叶片开启角度应逐渐增大，因百叶窗叶片调正正确与否，影响箱内 温度。
（八）、烘箱内温差调正的方法： 在烘箱内上、中、下位置放留点温度计，其安放位置顶板向下
200 为上面测温点，底板向上 200 为下面侧温点，其中点位置在中心 位置。关上烘门，打开蒸汽阀门和启动风机进行升温循环，约 30 分 钟后取出温度计，观察中、上、下三点读数是否在允许范围内，如温 差较大，则温度高的部位其对应的叶片角度相应开小，相反，温度低 的部位其叶片角度相应开大一点、直至调整到上下温差基本相似，经 调整后的百叶窗，在没有产生变动移位的情况下，则不需再进行调正。
