传统无聊的朗读方式已无法激发学生的兴趣，长期重复朗读不能满足现代学生学习英语的需求。
学生在朗读时应该全神贯注，而朗读效率低的主要原因是猜读、漏读，甚至不读。
那么，如何在保持学习英语兴趣的同时训练学生大声朗读呢？下面，笔者使用不同的方法从人教育版的小学英语课本（PEP 三年级起点）的不同部分为例，如何趣味朗读？大声朗读应该很有趣，这样学生可以通过“趣读”享受英语，并愿意“乐读”英语，从而增强学习英语的效果。
1标出符号，绘声绘色人教版小学英语教材中的Let ′s talk,是由对话组成，由几句话或小短文组成的Read and write ，Storytime 更是由短小的故事构成。
这些板块中都有英语口语交际中的常用语，大声朗读英语以进行口头交流时，语音语调起着至关重要的作用。
