1.2 工作原理旋转式暖风器是利用高温蒸汽加热冷空气的一种热交换设备。
暖风器是以汽轮机蒸汽作为热源来加热冷空气的。
其设计原理是以高温蒸汽的凝结放热过程为设计基础，使过热蒸汽冷凝放热成饱和蒸汽，再冷凝放热成饱和水，风道加热蒸汽对翅片管外部横掠的一、二次风产生稳定的放热过程，释放出全部的汽化潜热，进行热交换。
高温蒸汽放热后凝结成饱和水不断排出，从而提高了机组热力系统的循环效率。
二、结构简介2.1 结构组成旋转式暖风器主要由框架壳体、蒸汽侧旋转轴、蒸汽侧连接法兰、蒸汽侧轴承、蒸汽联箱、翅片管束、疏水联箱、疏水侧旋转轴及正反法兰、疏水侧轴承、减速机构、传动机构、旋转手柄等主要部分组成。

一、产品简介
本产品是一种高效、安全、节能的工业暖风机，适用于各类工业环境，如工厂、仓库、车间等，能够快速提高室内温度，提供舒适的工作环境。
二、使用步骤
1. 接入电源：确保暖风机电源开关处于关闭状态，然后将电源线接入暖风机后部的电源插座。
请使用与电源插座匹配的插头，并确保电源线牢固连接。
2. 开启暖风机：打开电源开关，暖风机将开始工作。
此时，暖风机的指示灯将亮起，表示暖风机正在运行。
3. 温度调节：根据需要，调节温度调节旋钮，以控制暖风机的温度。
顺时针旋转温度调节旋钮，温度将升高；逆时针旋转温度调节旋钮，温度将降低。
4. 风量调节：调节风量调节旋钮，以控制暖风机的风量。
顺时针旋转风量调节旋钮，风量将增大；逆时针旋转风量调节旋钮，风量将减小。
5. 定时关机：如有需要，可以通过定时关机旋钮设定暖风机的关机时间。
定时关机时间范围为1-8小时。
6. 关闭暖风机：使用完毕后，请关闭电源开关，并断开电源线。
等待一段时间后，暖风机将自动冷却。
三、注意事项
1. 使用前请仔细阅读产品说明书，并确保了解产品的使用方法和注意事项。
2. 请勿在潮湿的环境中使用本产品，以免造成漏电或短路。
3. 请勿在暖风机上放置任何物品，以免影响暖风机的散热效果和正常运行。
4. 请勿在暖风机附近放置易燃物品，以免引发火灾。
5. 请勿在暖风机上覆盖任何物品，以免影响暖风机的散热效果和正常运行。
6. 请勿在暖风机未完全冷却前关闭电源开关，以免损坏暖风机内部元件。

3.2暖风器的管束热膨胀量在结构设计中已经考虑，并在暖风器本体内完全自动膨胀，所以在安装进汽管和疏水管时，不考虑其热膨胀。
3.3暖风器安装时，保证每片暖风器起吊到位，定位准确。
3.4暖风器壳体作为风道的一部分，安装风道伸进暖风器空气进出口法兰10mm并焊接，或与风道对接焊接，确保密封。
3.5如暖风器由多片组成，有左封板的放左边，有右封板的放右边，无封板的放中间。
3.6暖风器蒸汽进口在上（法兰口较大），疏水口在下（法兰口较小），保证暖风器疏水畅通。
3.7安装完毕后要求水压试验，水压试验压力参照表1.2和2.2。
4 锅炉暖风器运行维护暖风器为抽屉式结构，维护很方便，在锅炉停运时，取下暖风器面板螺母，抽出传热部件，检查焊缝是否有裂纹、传热管是否有损伤、清理集灰等。
维修结束后，再将传热部件推进壳体，放置垫片，上紧螺栓，维护检修结束。
当不需要投运暖风器时，将汽源切断，排净疏水。
京威独立暖风使用说明书
水暖式独立暖风使用说明书一、控制器面板介绍如图1所示，本控制器面板包括四个按键（、OK、SET、↑）及一个显示器，按键均为带灯轻触开关。
按键功能如下-“”开关机，退出设置“OK”设置确认（手动自动控制发热量切换键）“SET”参数设置，切换设置选项“↑”设置参数调整“”键所带灯为电源指示灯，控制器接电源后即亮。
“OK”“SET”“↑”所带灯为开关机指示灯，点亮表示本控制器已开机，控制加热器开始工作。
火焰符号指示灯，点亮表示加热器正常燃烧中，闪烁表示加热器有故障。
二、控制加热器开关机操作通电后，长按“”，加热器即开启。
当出现火焰灯闪烁，即表示加热器发生故障。
（非本控制器发生故障）。
同时屏幕显示出故障代码及具体故障说明。
开机后再次长按“”键即开始关机。
此时屏幕出现“开始关机，请稍等..”及“请勿关闭总电源..”。
因加热器关机须吹凉一段时间，此时不可关闭总电源，至加热器完全关闭后，火焰指示灯熄灭，显示器自动关闭。
三、控制器设置1、设置系统时间控制器供电，长按“”键打开控制器，屏幕显示“点火或待机中..”或“加热器正常燃烧中”，此时可按“SET”键进入“系统设置”按“↑”键调整闪烁选项数值，（按“SET”键切换闪烁选项），调整至预期，按“OK”键确认设置。
2、设置定时启动时间如上，按“SET”键切换至“定时启动设置”，（出厂默认定时启动时间为06 : 30）按“↑”键调整闪烁选项数值，（按SET键切换闪烁选项），调整至预期，按“OK”键确认设置。
注意：每种参数设置都必须按“OK”键进行单一参数设置确认。
按“OK”键确认后会出现类似“系统时间已设置”或“定时启动时间已设置”提示。
也就是说，按”OK”键一次仅能确认一种参数之设置。
例如需要设置当前系统时间及定时启动时间两种参数，必须：1、首先按“SET”键、“↑”键调好当前系统时间，按“OK”键确认系统时间；2、再次按“SET”键、“↑”键调好定时启动时间，按“OK”键确认定时启动时间。

暖风器整体为组合积木式结构，每片暖风器设有吊耳，以便检修及起吊搬运，每片暖风器（组合后）用法兰与两侧风道相连，片与片之间用耐高温环保密封垫密封，以防漏风。
并同时钻孔，方便现场安装。
暖风器的旋转功能在线实现，暖风器换热片分组设计，每组换热片都具备单独投入运行或退出运行的功能，且互不影响。
换热片之间、换热片与风道旋转部位之间密封严密。
暖风器换热片旋转功能通过手动驱动装置实现。
手动驱动装置具有减速装置和
限位装置，以实现任意调整和手动双向闭锁功能。
手动驱动装置额定转矩不小于2500N·M，最大手驱动力不大于 150 N。
进出风口用法兰连接，并由供方提供连接反法兰。
暖风器接口法兰内尺寸与风道一致。
暖风器安装在水平风道上。
换热面均匀分布，没有“空气走廊”。

五、产品结构特点
(1)采用动态可翻转式暖风器，在锅炉停运期间，通过0-90度任意翻转，将暖风器从风道内切除，形成直通风道，大幅度减少一、二次风道通风阻力，保证压降≤200Pa （运行/停止），降低风机阻力损失，实现风机节能，在有效控制低温腐蚀的同时，提高机组运行的经济性和安全性。
(2) 运行采用可翻转技术，解决堵塞的问题：采用新型的翻转结构，可以在一年的大部分时间内将暖风器折成与烟道水平的角度，使杂物随风带走，避免对暖风器的堵塞。
(3)采用新型换热管技术，解决内部泄露问题：采用新型的换热管技术，可以避免热应力对焊管的破坏，使热应力在一个方向上自由释放。
同时提高传热效率，保证温升，实现真正的无泄漏和免维护，避免前后排散热管温差大而产生水击。
（4）采用HALF密封轴承结构，防止外部泄露
六、安装说明
为保证旋转式暖风器的正确安装和使用，请安装前先仔细阅读本说明书。
安装旋转式暖风器的主要步骤如下：
6.1 本设备属分体安装，货到现场后，应先找一块较平整的地面，参考总装图将暖风器管箱按顺序摆放，边角对齐，保证所有减速机在暖风器的同侧、且相同位置，用暖风器的蒸汽侧及疏水侧框架上预留的M16*70螺栓将相邻两组固定，检查暖风器
横竖及对角线尺寸均相等后，将所有螺栓拧紧固定。
6.2 确认安装位置范围内无任何障碍且安装工器具全部到位。
6.3 吊装：用吊装工具将暖风器起吊，至风道安装暖风器的预留位置，用螺栓将暖风器与上、下侧反法兰连接并紧固。
6.4 安装暖风器风道反法兰与密封毛毡：单台暖风器共有上下两个风道反法兰，首先将密封毛毡固定在法兰平面上，底侧法兰与下侧风道，顶侧法兰套入风道上侧，保证两法兰平面均水平，用M16*45螺栓进行固定并分别将反法兰两两之间焊接固定。
6.5 焊接：暖风器与上、下侧反法兰螺栓连接并紧固，后暖风器上、下风道法兰分别与风道连续满焊牢固，并且保护好毛毡密封垫防止高温烫化。
最后将每组暖风器通过减速机进行试旋转，检查是否与风道无干涉碰撞。
确认无干涉后复位。
6.6 蒸汽、疏水侧管道焊接：将暖风器调整到0°状态，将蒸汽、疏水侧连接法兰与管道对位、焊接牢固，并根据现场合理布置蒸汽管道及吊支架。
6.7 安装完毕，参照DL455-2008《锅炉暖风器》对施工管段进行管道密封性试验；
6.8 管道保温：根据管道施工规范，对管道进行保温处理。
6.9 试验合格后，必需在暖风器运行前进行管道吹扫、清理，保证风道清洁，防止运行时异物吹起对暖风器造成损坏。
七、使用说明
7.1工作状态说明：
暖风器蒸汽侧减速机表面有工位指针和刻度盘，当工位指针指向刻度盘的0°时，代表暖风器处于工作状态（即投运状态），当工位指针指向刻度盘的90°时，代表暖风器处于非工作状态（即停运状态）。
7.2 暖风器状态转换：
暖风器由非工作状态转成工作状态时，先将蒸汽侧和疏水侧法兰与反法兰的螺栓全部拆开，再转动减速机手轮，暖风器内的翅片管箱做90-0°旋转，使暖风器翅片管箱与风道平行，从而降低风阻；待减速机转指针指向0°（即投运状态）时，再将螺栓装上、拧紧；反之，同理。
7.3 暖风器保养：
暖风器在非工作状态时或在旋转时，均可对蒸汽侧轴承和疏水侧轴承部位加耐高温润滑脂进行润滑保养；
