中山大学国际金融学院本科生2016-2017学年度综合测评实施办法为了更好地贯彻教育部《普通高等学校学生管理规定》，鼓励学生奋发向上、刻苦学习，引导学生结合自身特点寻求全面发展、提高综合素质，根据《中山大学学生奖励管理规定》及《中山大学学生处分管理规定》，结合我院学生实际情况，特制订本办法。
本规定的相关内容，在符合《中山大学学生奖励管理规定》及《中山大学学生处分管理规定》的前提下实施。
第一章总则第一条本办法旨在规范我院本科学生综合测评工作，做到程序规范、内容全面、标准客观、结果公正。
第二条对学生进行综合测评，应遵循如下原则：一要激励学生刻苦学习、奋发向上；二要认同学生在社会工作、课余活动等方面的成绩；三要对学生的不良行为做出相应惩处；四要实事求是，对学生在校期间的综合表现做出公正、合理的评价。
第三条学生每学年的综合测评成绩由学业加权平均分、附加分和扣分三部分构成。
综合测评成绩＝学业加权平均成绩＋附加分－扣分。
凡有缓考的科目，均不计算在学业加权平均分内。
算入学业加权平均成绩的课程为公共必修课、专业必修课和专业选修课。
转专业的学生,如该学生基本是在原专业学习并参加考试的,应返回原专业参评；如果在上一学年中途转专业的,则按照具体情况由学院报学校研究处理。
转专业的学生，应计算评奖年度内所学全部公共必修课、专业必修课和专业选修课。
第四条以专业为单位按综合测评成绩高低排序，在此基础上进行优秀学生奖学金的评选，奖学金名额根据《中山大学学生奖励管理规定》，按专业人数确定。
第五条凡属于下列情况之一者，均不得参加本学年度优秀学生奖学金评选：1、受纪律处分或学校通报批评者；2、专业必修课、公共必修课、专业选修课、公共选修课第一次考试不合格者，旷考或自动放弃考试者；3、未达到《国家体育锻炼标准》者；4、一年级新生未经批准不参加军训者。
5、对2016-2017学年度无故欠交学费或住宿费、水电费、违规用电、违纪的学生，原则上不受理申请第六条专业必修课、公共必修课、专业选修课和公共选修课单科成绩低于65分（不含65分），而且单科成绩未达到本班前60%的一、二等奖学金入围者，奖学金等级作降一级处理；三等奖学金入围者，不降等，但其排序应在单科成绩高于65分（含65分）的其他三等奖入围者之后。

【关键词】外贸竞赛创新职业能力【中图分类号】G645．5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1009－8534（2012）05－0119－03随着我国外贸领域新格局的出现，应用型、复合型的创新人才十分紧缺，目前不少院校商外专业的教学方式仍旧局限于传统的知识传授，偏重外语教育而忽视外贸商务知识和技能，甚至在课时分配上经常存在“倒挂”现象，导致学生专业学习的意识摆不正对口关系，对外贸知识和技能掌握得十分有限，导致毕业后用人单位满意度不高，最终影响其职业生涯的可持续发展。
商务英语专业是外语和商务知识的有机叠加，在当今高职高专毕业生就业形势下，商外人才培养的目标不仅要求学生掌握特定职业环境下语言的应用能力，同时也要掌握围绕外贸岗位核心能力的技能。
常规教学模式囿于课程理论与实践设置的不合理、封闭局限的视野导致学生职业创新能力弱化，而外贸技能竞赛作为一种特殊的评价方式，成为培养商务英语创新人才工程中不可或缺的载体。
一、当前高职院校商外专业人才职业创新能力培养不足大学生的职业创新能力培养是当今高职院校人才培养的重要课题。
不少院校为此特地开设了专门的创新教育课程，预籍于此而启发大学生创新思维，但往往也是理论居多，缺乏具体的实践操作环节。
无论是从大学生自身的角度，还是院校在学生创新能力培养方面都存在薄弱环节，兼或受到社会支持不足和家庭的影响，是开发大学生创新能力的四类瓶颈。
［1］创新能力的基础来自于对专业知识的牢固掌握和宽广的视野，利用高职院校人才培养职业定位的优势，充分发挥专业特色启发和塑造学生的职业创新能力的外贸技能竞赛是切实可行的路径。

“商务英语风尚大赛”
暨第二届外贸达人赛策划方案
一、大赛目的
为了丰富我院学生的课余文化生活，调动学生学习英语的积极性，提高自身的综合素质，促进商学院的学风建设，创造积极向上的学习环境。
同时，为了加强校企合作，我们此次将与洛阳网商会联合举办第二届外贸达人赛，旨在提高我院学生的从业水平和创业能力，增强学生的实际应用能力，也为我院学生今后发展提供了一个更广阔的平台。
二、比赛时间和地点
2013年5月23日下午
三、举办单位
主办：商学院学学生会
协办：外国语学院学生会
四、参赛对象
商学院全体学生及外国语学院全体学生
五、比赛前期准备
1、由商学院学生会学习部及外国语学院学生会学习部自行组织本院系学生报名，将参赛选手分为专业组和非专业组；
2、5月22日选手抽签决定个人比赛顺序，整体彩排；
3、学生会各个部门配合比赛：
办公室——负责现场服务、制作选手号码牌以及打印打分条证书等（2人）；
宣传部——负责宣传，制作海报若干张，宣传板一个；
记者部——负责现场拍照、写新闻（2人）；
纪检部——负责观众及选手入场、比赛现场秩序维护（4人）；
生活劳动部——负责协助比赛现场布置及会场保洁（2人）；
网编部——负责比赛背景PPT制作，现场音响等设备连接工作（2人）；
文艺部——负责比赛过程中歌曲演唱表演；
学习部——负责活动策划、比赛计分、申请教室，邀请评委嘉宾。
4、主持人：男女主持各一名，有一定主持经验，汉语英语双语结合。
5、评委和嘉宾的邀请：商学院国贸教研组老师以及外国语学院老师
七、比赛整体流程
1、主持人宣读开场白，宣布比赛开始；
2、邀请嘉宾评委老师致辞；
3、参赛选手按照比赛具体流程进行比赛；
4、第二环节专业组选手比赛结束后，由文艺部学生演唱英语歌曲一首；
5、第二环节比赛结束后，进行现场互动游戏环节。
游戏时间控制在10分钟左右。
游戏如下：
排队拼词
参加游戏的学生分成两队。
每局比赛时，由主持人指定两队各派若干名出场。
出场的人各自排成一个单行。
主持人把事先准备好的两
份字母大卡片（两份的字母是一致的），分发给出场的人，每人一张。
他们双手拿着字母大卡片，把它放在胸前。
主持人用英语或汉语说出一个用这些字母组成的单词，看哪一队先按这次的字母排好横队。
比方说，主持人指定两队各派六人出场比赛，各拿一张大的字母卡片。
两队都是这么六个字母：D,N,Y,S,A,U当主持人一喊：“SUNDAY”(或喊星期天！)以后，两小队的人就立刻按字母的次序排队。
哪一队先排好，哪一队就胜出一局。
然后，收回大卡片，重新准备第二局比赛时所需要的大卡片。
其他游戏方法同上。
最后得胜的一队有奖励。
6、游戏结束后，开始第三环节的比赛；
7、第三环节比赛结束后，邀请两名评委老师对本次比赛做出总结性点评；
8、主持人分别宣布专业组和非专业组比赛成绩和选手获奖情况，由嘉宾老师为获奖选手颁发证书并合影留念。
9、主持人宣布比赛结束，观众、选手按照统一安排依次退场。
八、选手决赛流程详介
第一环节：Personnal Show Time
1、内容：每位选手以个人为单位，做1到3张展示个人的PPT，在PPT播放的同时用英语简短介绍自己的基本信息，例如个性宣言、个性pose亮相等，为自己拉选票同时也带动全场气氛，评委对其简短的第一印象进行打分。
2、时间：每位选手个人show限时30秒，共5分钟左右。
3、评分标准：此环节满分10分。
（1）仪表形象：表现力强，台风良好，举止大方自然，穿着打扮得体，能有生动的肢体语言，有气质。
共4分。
（2）展示内容：角度新颖，感召力强。
共3分。
（3）现场氛围：气氛活跃，与观众互动良好，拉拉队表现积极。
共3分。
第二环节：Personal Speech
1、内容：每位选手以个人为单位，围绕经济管理商业的相关内容或者当今社会经济热点问题进行演讲，评委针对选手演讲进行提问，回答问题的时间限制在1分钟以内，计时员在50秒时倒计时提醒，超时扣分，评委对选手演讲和即兴回答综合打分。
此环节满分40分。
2、时间：每位选手个人演讲时间为5-8分钟，回答问题每人1分钟。
3、评分标准：此环节满分40分。
（1）内容要求：紧扣经济管理商业话题，中心突出，逻辑性强，角度新颖，内容生动，思绪流畅，易吸引观众。
（共10分）（2）演讲语言技巧：演讲流利（脱稿）、感情饱满有自信，发音清晰、语音语调纯正、节奏感强（注意连读、词重音、句重音等），声音洪亮，有眼神手势等肢体语言体现。
（共20分）
（3）时间把握：演讲时间控制在5-8分钟内，答题时间控制一分钟内。
（共5分）
（4）综合印象：仪表端庄，穿着得体，镇定自如，举止得体，答题礼貌、准确，反应灵敏，有活力且自信。
（共5分）
第三环节：Group Business English Show
1、内容：选手以小组团体为单位进行商务情景模拟表演，每组控制时间10—15分钟左右，评委根据每组表现对小组进行整体打分，小组的分数也是每个选手的分数。
2、时间：每个团体表演在10—15分钟。
3、评分标准：此环节满分50分。
（1）表演内容：符合商务话题，情景选材得当，内容原创、充实、新颖，结构严谨，有感召力，吸引力。
（共10分）
（2）表演效果：表演能力、团队合作，既能使小组协调，集体感强，又能积极展示自己且个人表现力好。
可观性强，易与观众产生共鸣，情景吸引力强。
（共20分）
（3）表演技巧：富有感情，，语音语调标准，抑扬顿挫，口齿流利清楚，表演自然，表情从容。
（共15分）
（4）表演印象：成员团结，积极配合，各成员衣着得体，表现力强，气氛活跃，自信，落落大方。
精神面貌及比赛过程中商务礼仪运用是否恰当。
（共5分）
九、奖项设置
以个人为单位设置单项奖，在专业组和非专业组分别设置一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名；最具活力奖、最具风采奖、最佳表演奖、最高人气奖各一名。
十、注意事项
1、提前通知现场服务及工作人员按时到场，做好充分的准备工作；
2、提醒参赛选手提前到场，到指定区域就座，注意把握演讲时间；
3、观众按时到达比赛现场并到指定区就座，遵守现场纪律；
4、评委打分遵循公平公正原则，严格按照评分标准进行；
5、主持人主义把握现场气氛，做好各方面协调工作。
