小学英语教研组自评报告
我校小学部共拥有三位专职英语教师，平均年龄43岁，英语本科学历1人，大专学历1人，小学高级教师2人，小学一级1人，每人至少承担二个年级三个班级的教学任务。
不管工作如何分配，大家都有一个共识：英语教研组是一个整体，密不可分，相辅相成，每位成员牢牢树立了服务意识、团队意识、互动意识、探究意识，努力做到平等相处、互爱互助、宽容待人、相互沟通、共同创造，人人都是教育教学的研究者，有事大家齐商量，共同完成。
因此，我们英语组的每位教师在区英语教学工作精神的指导下及本校目标的要求下，尽心尽职，相互学习、相互督促，共同探讨，努力完成各项工作。
现对我校英语教研组工作情况作一回顾总结。
一、日益完善的制度建设
每当开学第一次教研组活动时，各位组员在了解学校工作计划及区英语工作重点后，再根据我校英语工作的实际情况，各抒己见，商榷新学期的学科教研组计划，以及每月、每周活动安排及工作重点，做到人人心中有数。
近年来，每位教师根据所教年级、班级情况制定了教师个人发展计划，内容包括发展目标与方向，业务进修，教学目标，教育科研方面目标等。
另外还有日常的作业、备课的检查制度，听课、评课制度，对学困生的帮困跟踪制度，学期结束时的各类总结等一系列制度保证了英语各项工作的有序进行，也为每位教师留下了工作中的点滴足迹。
二、丰富有效的教研活动
1、定时、定点、定内容早已成为教研组活动的传统制度，每二周一次，大家一起学习，交流、讨论，参与率100%，一学期至少活动10次或以上，每次活动均有详尽地记录。
2、自从“二期”课改以来，学习“新基础教育”理论已成为每次教研组活动的必修课，我们不断从网上、杂志上、报刊上学习相关文章，用切实可行的理论武装自己的头脑，指导着各自的教学，交流着各自的学习体会，及时总结他人的教学经验为己所用，提高自身的业务水平，我们教研组的每位老师都明确了小学阶段英语课程的目标首先是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们建立起初步的学习英语的自信心；同时也要培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音，语调基础，使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。
通过理论学习，老师们达成共识：在这个瞬息万变的时代里，作为一名跨世纪的小学英语教师，我们需要调整自己，适应时代发展，把握机会，接受挑战，超越自我。
为此我们每学期都撰写相关的学科论文，有的围绕教学五环节写，有的围绕词汇教学写等，本学期根据区教研室研究内容，我申报区级课题，《小学英语词汇教学浅探》，在
教研组活动时，根据各位教师平时的教学尝试进行专题讨论，大家分工明确，实施课题研究，真正做到人人是研究者。
3、教育观念的彻底改变，理论知识的不断吸取，为我们一线教学奠定了思想基础，我们英语组定期开展集体备课、教学研讨，针对教师上的课结合课题研究的内容展开案例分析与教学反思，从中受到新的启迪，为教学的重建积累宝贵的经验，教师上公开课后的教案，课件及反思及时整理归档，课件存入电脑中，下一轮上课的老师可以提取、借鉴、修改，达到资源共享，使教学不断完善。
平时在教学中遇到的困惑，大家及时沟通，及时解决，充分体现团队的合作精神，教研氛围浓厚。
我们也十分珍惜去兄弟学校学习的机会，只要外出听课，在教研组活动时必须认真反馈、交流，做到一人出去人人收益。
4、为了丰富学生的学习生活，同时也给学生搭建展示英语才能的平台，各位教师积极鼓励学生参加各类英语活动，如：全国小学生英语竞赛、市“通用少儿英语口语”考章活动、校每学期的英语各项知识竞赛活动，每项活动均有学生获等第奖，从中也涌现出一批校英语小能人，为全校学生树立了好榜样。
三、和谐奋进的班组团队
1、作为英语教研组长的我在每学期教研活动中开设一次讲座，指导教师共同备课，起到引领作用。
我十分清楚要顺利开展英语各项工作，单靠我一个人的力量是绝对不行的，必须要依靠每个成员的共同努力加以完成，因此，协调好组员间的工作关系尤为重要，要充分发挥各教师的优势，为教育教学服务。
每当学校要开展对内或对外的英语活动，我与组内成员商榷，确定活动方案，综合集体的智慧，决不把一件事看作某位教师的行为，而是大家拧成一股绳，共同承担，群策群力，使每次活动都成功举行。
2、由于教研活动时间有限，每位教师除了在每周一次的教研活动中集体学习理论外，利用个人上课之余或工作之余，能自觉地上网或翻阅报刊、书籍，并撰写多篇读后感，在活动时交流，大家都收益非浅，上一学年各位教师还积极参加网上“学习准备期”“有效教学大家谈”论坛，参与率100%。
3、每学期一次公开亮相的机会，每位组员从不放弃。
每学期选好教学内容，选定开课时间，并着手准备，上网下载图片，制作课件，反复琢磨教案，将自己最有特色的教学风格展现在教师，家长面前，给听课者一种新视野、新感觉。
上学期，教研组长钱黄琼老师在教研员指导下在区层面上了一堂四年级词汇教学公开课，进行教学展示得到好评。
组内教师不仅100%参与听课活动，而且认真填写各类评价表，相互点评、交流，毫无保留阐述自己的观点，互学互进，共同提高。
4、每学期期中，期末测试后，各任课教师流水阅卷并客观、详尽地对各年级的测试情况
进行质量分析，包括对试卷的评价、各班各年级的数据统计、教学中的成功之处与不足之处、今后教学的改进措施，确定下阶段目标，在教研组活动时交流。
我们还根据学生平时的学习状况及综合测试后结果，采取可操作性措施，分层教学，关注学困生，及时拉差补缺。
5、尽管每位组员有着繁重的教学任务，但对区组织的一切培训及英语教研组活动积极参加，想方设法调课，从没有无故缺席的现象，大家都认为这也是提升自己业务水平的又一渠道，因此都认真对待。
综合上述，我们英语教研组就像一家人一样，过着平淡而充实的家庭生活，无论是日常教学，还是开展各类活动，总能看见每位组员的身影，我们深深体会到：团结就是力量，团队精神充分发挥之时，就是我们工作成功之日。
我们将一如既往，不断学习、探索、创新、奋进，相互依偎，取长补短，开创我们工作新篇章。
