一、定义
本合同规定了翻译公司和委托方之间的服务协议，旨在明确各方
的权利和义务，确保双方顺利合作并达成最终目标。
二、合同内容
翻译公司同意按照委托方的要求和要求，以适合的方式翻译委托
方提供的文本。翻译公司承诺，翻译的文本将按时提交给委托方，且

三、具体工作规定

若未按期支付，乙方有权保留文本的使用及版权。

乙方保证翻译内容的准确性和完整性，若出现质量问题，
双方应协商解决，如未能解决，可通过合法途径解决。
5.
本次翻译任务属于机密性质，乙方在翻译过程中应保证文
本信息的安全和保密，不得泄露。
6.
除非经乙方书面许可，否则甲方禁止对本协议所包含的任
何内容进行复制、分发、公开发布或披露给第三方。
四、违约责任
如双方其中一方违反了本协议约定，应当承担相应的违约责任。
1.
对于甲方，如未能如约支付翻译费用，须补偿乙方已经做
出的财产损失和拖延期间的利息。
2.
对于乙方，如未能在约定期限内完成翻译任务或翻译出现
严重质量问题，应双倍赔偿甲方的损失，并且需要承担可能的法律后
果。
五、合同期限和终止
1.
本合同从签订之日起生效，合同期限如双方未另行明确约
定，则为甲方提供翻译服务时间的期限。
2.
在合同期限届满前，若任何一方均可书面通知对方终止本
合同，委托方在终止合同时应支付翻译公司费用的相应部分。
六、适用法律
1. 本合同系按照英国法律订立的。
2.
在执行本合同时，若出现任何争议，双方应友好地协商解
决。若无法协商解决，则双方应提交争议解决程序。
七、其他事项
1.
本合同的内容是双方所协商的全部内容，任何协商或协议
仅在本合同中规定。任何对本合同内容的修改必须由双方书面同意。
