3．精神集中，放松心情。考前的心态调整很重要，听录音时要聚精会神，同时还要充满自信。如果在听前的确有点紧张，可以做几次深呼吸或闭目片刻，以求平心静气。

一、听力“三步索迹法” 第一步浏览拿到试卷，快速浏览题目，定位关键词。第二步判断通过关键词语，定位听音和记录重点。第三步听记根据所听关键语句，记录有用信息，减轻大脑负担。
