我从小就爱游泳,是因为我妈妈也爱游泳,经常带我去,下水感觉很舒服。
随着年龄的增长和室内游泳馆的出现,我虽然一年四季都可以游泳,但是体重却一直保持在一百八十斤以上,属于超重型,原因就是因为自己的饭量很大,游泳消耗多少,都可以从嘴上补回来,并且总有富余,因为别人是一天三顿饭,我却是一天四顿饭,晚上游泳回来还要吃饱肚子,所以我的体重一直没有减下来。
为什么天天游泳也没有减肥呢?道理很简单,那就是因为我游泳的运动量不够。
因为我习惯在水里游泳,游泳时不费力,在水里的时间长也不能消耗太多的体力,所以运动量不够,就难以达到减肥的效果。
游泳的运动量要因人而异,别人在东湖游一个来回就可以达到运动量,我却需要游四个来回;别人一天去游泳一次就可以达到运动量,我却需要一天去两次游泳,同时要保证在水里不停的运动,这就需要在一个小时内游泳2000米距离。
如果躺在水面上的时间再长也达不到运动和减肥的效果。
每天游泳可以减肥,如果游泳没有达到减肥效果,那一定是因为游泳的运动量不足。
如果游泳后的饭量加大是很正常的,随着饭量加大,游泳的运动量也跟着加大,这样也完全可以达到减肥的效果。
游泳还有一个更大的好处,那就是精神愉快。
因为游泳真的如鱼得水,在水中游泳和鸟在天上飞翔一样,那种愉悦的感觉难以言表。
在碧波荡漾的河水中伸展腰肢,挥动双臂,把尘世间的一切烦恼都抛到九霄云外,尽情享受着人生的快乐,那幸福的滋味是盛人无法想象出来的。
