1.变频多联机+热泵热水机方案： （1）变频多联机，在运行节能方面有一定优势。不过对于五 星级酒店，客房普通需要同时制冷，制暖两种需求，氟机在运 行时不能同时制冷和取暖，假如要满足需求，只能经过电加热 实现。相比之下，变频机节能优势将不再具备，能效比降低。 （2）变频机组安装需要铺设大量铜管，对施工安装要去极高， 系统一旦漏氟，故障机组所连接多联机只能全部停机，影响使 用。变频机组因为氟路长，雪种每年需要补充，后期维护费用 高。 （3）多联机方案，热水设备和空调设备需要两套系统，增加 了投资成本和运行费用。

首先暖湿空气流经蒸发器，温度下降，暖水汽凝结成冷水从空气中分离出来，使空气干爽，实现空气的除湿功能；空气冷却、水汽凝结及冷却过程中释放出的热能被冷媒吸收。
第二步高温冷媒吸收热能，经热交换器加热池水，实现池水加热功能；另外一部分热量经过再热器，加热冷却的室内空气，实现空气的加热功能。

螺旋盘管，使水路通畅，便于实施冷冻清洗；冷冻清洗可缩短停机时间，并避免化学药剂的使用；制冷剂回路与壳体间隙小，不会造成润滑油滞留，回油顺畅；水路盘管无内部接头，降低了泄露概率。
