尊敬的各位评委老师，大家好! 我是20说课者，今天我说课的课题是人教版PEP小学英语五年级下册Unit 4《When is the art show》。
下面我将从教材、重难点、教法、学法、教学过程和板书设计六个方面进行今天的说课。
一、说教材
(一) 教材分析
本节课选自人教版PEP小学英语五年级下册Unit 4《When is the art show？》
Section A 部分的 let’s talk.
地位:本单元是在第三单元运用一般现在时询问并表达时间的基础上，围绕When is
the art show?进行话题学习，本节课通过对话学习，培养学生的朗读技巧并能正确用序数词来描述节日或活动日期在几月几日。
二、说教学目标
（一）知识目标：
1. 初步感知序数词，并能够运用句型When is +节日? It’s on +月日谈论相关节日所在的月份和日期。2.能用正确的语音，语调朗读let’s talk对话。
（二）能力目标：
2. 学生能在理解短文情境的基础上，根据正确的语音、语调、意群朗读对话，并能进行角色扮演。
（三）情感目标：
通过学习，学生能够了解中西方文化的差异，并学会表达自己喜爱的节日。
二、教学重难点 2 重点：学生能正确运用序数词first,fifth及句型When is …? It’s on …询问并回答某节日所在的月份及日期。
难点：学生能根据图片，短语等信息的提示朗读并表演对话。
三、说学情
学生在第三单元已经学习过有关12个月份的表达，在四年级下册学生已经学习It’s on the first/second floor”的表述，因此在本课中只是加以强化与复习。
三、教法：
为了突破这堂课的重、难点，根据小学生好动，爱表现的特点，在本课的教学中我主要采用听说法，情境教学法、游戏教学法和媒体辅助法。

本单元学习的主题是节日及个人的生日。本节课是本单元的第四课时，是一节听说课。教材通过 Mike 和陈杰谈论生日的情景，让学生感知句型“When is your birthday?”“My
birthday is on April 4th.”的语义及语用情景。
1．在 Let’s try 部分，能够在听前，读懂题目要求，预测要听到的重点内容，运用抓住关键词的听力技巧完成本部分听力任务；
2．能够通过读图猜测、观看视频、模仿媒体光盘中的动画，理解对话大意，并运用正确的语音语调朗读并表演对话；
