本资源的设计初衷，是为全体学生的共同提高。
作为教师要充分保护好孩子的自信心，只有孩子们有了自信，才有可能持续保持对某些事物的兴趣和热情。
“失败是成功之母”应该改为“成功是成功之母”，特别是在孩子刚开始对某些事物倾注热情和精力的时候，对他们自信心的保护至关重要。
所以强烈建议平时的测验应在学目标范围内尽可能的简单，最大限度的保持孩子的自尊心和自信心。
正所谓“大道至简”，在保证教学目标实现的情况下，教师的课堂要设计的简便扼要，要把较难的、复杂的问题、深刻的问题讲的轻松自然，诙谐幽默，像涓涓细流，于无声中浸润学生的思维。
在单元中，属于承上而启下的教学内容。

一堂课下来，教学设计的最初目的是达到了，大部分学生都能轻松自如地运用该句型进行简单的口语交流。
但是，课后我发觉这堂课好像少了点什么。
过后细想来，原来是：一、当今的教学理念是要面向全体学生，尽可能地让每一位你的学生都参与到你的教学当中来，给每一位学生平等的机会，不能偏袒学习好的学生，更不能落下那些后进生。
在这一堂课里，每一次我都是让学生们主动举手参与活动，因为我觉得首先得尊重学生，让他们主动去展示自己的风采，懂得自我推荐，而不是被动地由老师点名。
在生生互相运用今天所学的句型交流后（在这个过程中，我让学生们自己找搭档），其中他们的兴致是还可以的，我也走到他们中间巡视、指导，如有问题及时给予解决。
但是，当我想请一些学生表演对话时，我发现举手的同学寥寥无几，我觉问题还是出在老师的身上，我为何不多些鼓励呢？有些学生是需要老师给他拉一把，他才会向前走一步的，不是吗？是呀，有时候我们大人在做事时也有可能需要别人给你信心，你才会往前走，更何总况小孩子呢？因此，在以后的教学中，我自觉得得加强这方面的引导。
