【第一课时】
【教学目标】
1．能听、说、读、写，并运用单词river, hill, lake, tree, flower。
2．能听懂、会说Listenand say中的内容。
3．能够听懂、会说句型How many goats are there, dear?及其回答There are...
4．能够看图会说、会交流，并完成Look, write and say部分的内容。
5．能与人合作完成Let’s play部分的游戏，培养学生在小组活动中与其他同学积极配合的意识。
6．通过本课的学习，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
【教学重难点】
（一）重点
1．能听、说、读、写，并运用本单元单词。
2．听懂、会说本单元句型及其回答。
3．复习名词的复数形式：cows, goats, ducks, birds, hens, trees, seconds, minutes, hours,
months等。
（二）难点
1．How many...后面加的名词的复数形式。例如：How many goats there, dear? How many
ducks are there in the river? 可让学生反复练习体会。
2．掌握特殊疑问句How many...?及其回答There are...的听说读写。

Step 2: Presentation
1．头脑风暴：教师对刚才的谈话内容继续提问，学生回答，唤醒学生对所储备英语知识的记忆。例如：Are there any trees there? 学生可能会回答：Yes, there are. 或No, there aren’t. 教师可多提问几名学生。
2．教师继续用Are there any...? 这一句型对教室里的物品进行提问。学生会回答Yes, there
are. 这时教师继续问学生：Where are they? 学生可能会用手指，有的学生也可能用之前学过的介词来回答。这时教师要鼓励用之前学过的介词来回答的学生，并鼓励更多的学生来参与问答练习活动。
3．等到所有学生都找到这些物品后，教师再故作神秘地问：How many... are there in the
classroom? 有的学生可能听不懂，也可能有的学生就会试着来回答。不管正确与否都要鼓励回答的学生。接下来教师不要急于公布答案，让学生四个人一组对老师刚才提出的问题进行讨论，然后再回答。
4．教师让学生指着教室内的物品，询问自己。这时教师教授新句型How many... are there in
the classroom? 待学生们熟练掌握新句型后，组织学生操练句型。教师应引导学生利用教室内的各种物品进行提问，也可以让学生两个人一组进行pair work。
5．看Listen and say中的图片，问How many goats are there in the river? 并进行句型操练。教师应强调和讲解How many...后面用名词的复数形式。
6．教师让学生翻开书，听录音、跟读Listen and say部分的内容。然后学生自读，分男女生读，同桌分角色进行朗读，最后小组或班级展示。 7．教师出示第五部分Look, write and say中的图片，让学生看图说话。先进行口头练习，两人一组，也可以将图片展示在黑板上，请两名学生到前面边指图边说。接下来请学生动笔，根据图片上的内容，将问答句写在书上的空白处。
8．教师仿照Let’s
play部分的游戏，事先用彩纸剪好图形，依次展开，并向学生提问：How many... are there? 最后将全图展示给学生，接下来请学生自己动手裁剪图形，然后根据每个人的作品进行小组内的问答练习。
Step 3:Practice
活动一：头脑风暴。教师用本单元所学新内容或以往学过的内容进行提问，要求学生快速回答，用以唤醒学生所储存知识的记忆，让学生更快地进入到英语学习的氛围中来。
活动二：The wolf is coming.学生拍手，齐问教师：How many wolves are there? 如果教师回答Ten.则需要趴在桌子上，否则就会被吃掉，以此巩固操练新句型。
活动三：传话游戏。一个学习小组是一个单位，前面的同学问后面的同学：How many birds
are there in the sky? 后面的同学回答：Four. 然后再问下一个问题。教师记录时间，看哪个小组传话最快。
活动四：说说画画。学生以四个人一小组的形式，对教室内的物品进行问答练习，并据此画一幅教室的图画。看哪组完成得最快。
Step 4:Consolidation
1．看书，跟录音朗读Listen and say部分，并与同桌一同表演。
2．自编对话，对话中要含有本课的重点句型。

2．能听懂、会说Read, think and answer中的对话，并能够回答文后的两个问题。
3．培养学生在小组活动中与其他同学积极配合与合作的意识。
4．复习名词的复数形式：horses, sheep, ducks, trees, flowers, birds, chicks。
5．能够听懂、会说Let’s chant中的内容，并能够与同学合作完成问答。
6．通过听、说、读、练以及小组合作表演，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
【教学重难点】
（一）重点
1．字母组合cr, fr的发音。
2．能听懂、会说Read, think and answer中的对话，并能够回答问题。
（二）难点
1．Read, think and answer中的对话理解与问题回答。
2．字母组合cr, fr的发音。特别注意两个音合在一起时，/k/一定要发得干脆利落，不要拉长读成/kə/。这样才能保证字母组合的准确发音。
【教学准备】
英语书、单词卡片、电子课本、课文录音等。
【教学过程】
Step 1:Warm-up 1．师生演唱上一单元学习的歌曲。
2．鼓励学生把他们上节课做的手工给同学们展示，并尝试用英语讲解。
Step 2: Presentation
1．教师先在黑板上画出一个圆，让学生来猜猜看这是什么，然后补全成一个钟，根据钟表给学生提出几个问题：How many seconds in a minute? How many minutes in an hour? How
many hours in a day? How many months in a year? 让学生们先在学习小组内讨论，可以用汉语表述。待学生们明白它们的意思后，再播放歌谣，让学生跟说。
2．建议教师出示PPT或者是Read, think and answer部分的电子课本，询问学生What can
you say about this picture? 学生看图自由回答。教师再问Do you know what happened to the
monkey? 学生根据图片进行猜测。最后教师总结结论，猴子因为遇到难题了，所以挠头。猴子那么聪明，到底遇到什么难题了？设置悬念，抓住学生的好奇心理，激发学生主动探究的意愿。
3．教师让学生翻开书，听Read, think and answer部分录音，鼓励学生跟读，然后读此部分的三个句子，明确句意。之后学生朗读课文，并且小组讨论完成两个问题的回答。最后学生四人一小组再次进行核对、讨论，以小组形式进行答案汇报。
4．分男女生进行分角色朗读课文，然后同桌之间进行练习，并且进行课文表演。
5．教师在黑板上出示辅音组合cr, fr，并让学生找出以前学过的带有这两个字母组合的单词，引导学生自己总结出cr, fr的发音。之后，出示Listen and read部分的绕口令：The frog is
crying for ice cream from its friends.让学生反复练习朗读。
Step 3: Practice
活动一：看图说句子。学生看电子课本，计时接力说句子，可以是问句、可以是陈述句。这个活动可以强化学生的英语语言交流能力，以及对以前知识的巩固、复习。
活动二：课本剧表演。学生同桌为一个小组，模仿绵羊和猴子做一个课本剧表演。教师应给予帮助。看谁表演最投入、合作最默契。
活动三：绕口令比赛。学生以四个人一小组的形式，练习说绕口令：The frog is crying for
ice cream from its friends.并进行比赛。看谁说得最流畅，以此激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生合作学习的能力。
Step 4: Consolidation
1．教师鼓励学生改编歌谣，换内容，创编一首新歌谣。
2．请学生先看书，然后跟录音朗读Read, think and answer部分，并进行课本剧表演。
