Lesson53 working in Groups
一、教学理念:
根据新课标,教师应把握好教学设计的系统性、科学性、有效性；时间分配的合理性，知识传递的准确性，学生学习的高效性；培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力，帮助学生养成独立思考、共同讨论、合作探究的习惯；同时培养学生综合运用语言的能力及互助创新能力。
二、教材分析
本课是本单元的中心课文，主要以“小组工作”话题为主线，交际为辅线来展开教学活动。
本课涉及到本单元的重点内容有：
1、It’s time for our group project
2、She is not looking forward to with her group.
3、But so far , you have nothing done .
三、教学策略
教学设计力求活用教学方法，全方位、多角度、多层次调动学生的主动性、积极性、培养合作意识和探究能力，由点到面、循序渐进、环环相扣，让学生在轻松、活跃的气氛中得到听、说、读、写四种技能的培养及能力的提高。
四、教学目标
1、帮助学生掌握语言目标知识，灵活运用本课的重点词汇、短语、句型
2、过程与方法，通过中心话题‘小组工作，让学生意识到团队的重要性。
3、学会与人合作，增强团队意识。

八、教学过程
Step1、 Warming up

设计意图：新课开始，教师通过设计几个学生感兴趣的问题导入新课，
能调动他们的学习积极性。
Step 2、Presentation
1． Teacher explain the meanings and the usages of the main words :absent; trouble , secrect ,suffer.Make sentences with the words and explain the meaning
2． Give the studendents five minutes to remember the words. And then the teacher pick out one of them. Let students spell and read them one by one.
3． The students read the text by themselves. Give the students several minutes to remember the text , find out the main phrases and sentences in the text.
设计意图：明确学习目标，调动学生们的学习热情。
Step 3、 Studying new words ( 5 minutes )
1.首先四人一组认读单词，在读的过程中，找出不会发音的词。
教师巡回发
现错误及时引导纠正；
2.教师领读、讲解单词及用法；
3. 在单词的学习过程中，学生边学边记新单词和自己不会的已学单词
4.学生四人一组，自主学习课文，一起找出曾经学过的语言点，加以巩固
复习。
教师鼓励学生积极回答而后利用多媒体一起复习。
5.小组成员一起找新语言点，共同探究。
然后讨论不理解的句子，译出恰当
的汉语。
6.师生互动，一起学习课文。
在这个环节教师只需调控课堂，针对不同层次
的学生提出不同的问题，让学生积极活动，教师适时引导和讲解就可以了。
Step 4、 Listening ( 6 minutes )
1.听录音回答两个问题辅助理解课文
（1） The group is working slowly, YiHan wants to solve the problem.
What does she do ?.
（2）. Li Tian has some diffecultiees, What are they?
Step 5、 Practice (10 minutes)
设计意图：通过学生们反复朗读课文，加强了学生们的记忆。
１.技能训练
进行小组工作练习，利用多媒体图画，采用情景训练。
教师巡回适时鼓励、引导。
这种情景训练激发了学生的兴趣和表演欲望，既活跃了课堂气氛，又达到了教学目的，取得了事半功倍的效果。
选择两组当场表演，并点
评。
2．语言知识训练
利用多媒体训练学生语言知识的运用，通过学生填词复习重点词汇及其用法。
