人当有所畏惧
①在对待“畏惧”的问题上，一直有两种说法，一种是“无所畏惧”，一种是“有所畏惧”。年轻的时候，听到的多是对无所畏惧的推崇，加之年轻气盛，便总有一种大无畏的劲头。待过了知天命之年，身上的锐气消减，有些事就不免畏首畏尾、怕这怕那。经历了这两种说法的打架，心里常常会困惑：是无所畏惧对，还是有所畏惧对？琢磨的结果是：人当有所畏惧。
⑤吕布自恃勇武过人，一般人都不放在眼里。他动不动就会说：“吾有画戟、赤兔马，有何惧哉！”可是，在白门楼，他的赤兔马和方天画戟相继被不满于他的部下偷走，他本人也因为失去了坐骑和武器而成了曹操的阶下囚，最后被缢死。这是恃器而无恐。
⑥还有那个“死读兵书”的马谡，把兵书上的“凭高视下，势如破竹”奉为教条，盲目以为只要将兵马“置之死地”，就自然可以“而后生”了。结果，他虽将兵马“直至绝地”，却没能“后生”，而是落得个几乎全军覆没。这是恃书而无恐。
⑤读书以养性，书画以养心。“静心功夫”，还可从读书中来。寂寞忧愁时读一阙《定风波》，心会变得豁达敞亮；委屈不平时读一卷《宽容的哲学》，能收获“既忍且耐”的智慧。身处低谷之时，从书中省，也才能“不忘初心，方得始终”。端起沉甸甸的书本，走进书中的世界，浮躁之气便能荡涤一空，久而久之，自然能寻得“此心安处”。
④一百多年前，尼采埋怨德国青少年不是从德语经典作家而是从媒体那里学习母语，使得他们尚未成型的心灵被印上了新闻审美趣味的野蛮标记。如果尼采生活在今天这个网络时代，真不知他会做何感想。我本人认为，网络语文的繁荣极大地拓宽了写作普及的范围和发表自由的空间，诚然是好事，但也因此更应该警惕尼采所说的新闻审美趣味的蔓延。网络语文往往是急就章①，因此可能导致两个后果，一是内容上的浅薄，缺乏酝酿和积累，成为即兴发泄和时尚狂欢的娱乐场；二是语言上的粗率，容易滋生马虎对待母语的习气，成为错别字和语病的重灾区。

其实，体重增加的最根本原因是人体摄入的热量超过了消耗的热量，土豆则是一种非常理想的控制体重的食物。
②人们之所以把土豆划入发胖食品的行列，是认为土豆淀粉含量太高。
其实，土豆的淀粉含量并不高，只有20％左右。
为人体提供能量的最经济、最直接的来源是碳水化合物。
对于想减肥的人来说，食物中50％～60％的热量应来自碳水化合物，而其中大部分应该为复合碳水化合物，即含有大量的膳食纤维、维生素和矿物质的碳水化合物。
土豆富含膳食纤维、维生素和矿物质，是减肥者的理想食物。
③土豆不仅是低热量食物，而且脂肪含量极低，几乎可以忽略不计，是所有充饥食物中含量最少的，这对控制日常饮食中脂肪总量的摄入非常有益；而且，土豆的含水量很高，每百克高达78.6克，配合膳食纤维，食后令人产生饱腹感，可以避免摄入过量，这是控制体重的关键要素。
数字最说明问题，100克的蛋糕可产生能量437千卡，而100克土豆只产生能量77千卡。
④另外必须强调的是，科学研究已经证实，土豆淀粉中有1／4是抗性淀粉，这种淀粉能提高饱腹感。
同为主粮，土豆的饱腹感指数为323，即使时下备受推崇的全麦产品也只有151。
⑤抗性淀粉，又叫难消化淀粉，这种淀粉较其他淀粉难降解，在体内消化缓慢，吸收和进入血液也较缓慢。
抗性淀粉具有可溶性食用纤维的功能，食后可增加排便量，减少便秘，同时也会增加胆固醇和甘油三酯的排出量，从而起到减肥作用。
抗性淀粉也叫抗酶解淀粉，可抵抗酶的分解，使葡萄糖在体内缓慢释放，具有较低的胰岛素反应，可控制血糖平衡，减少饥饿感，从而控制食量。
⑥需要特别注意的是，只有不加油的土豆才能充分发挥土豆高饱腹感的效果。
换句话说，如果土豆使人发胖，那只有一个途径一一当土豆与油脂相遇。
