We spent weeks preparing and taking practice tests to get ready for the big exams. I'm not going to lie, it was pretty stressful and exhausting. I'm pretty sure I ate my weight in snow cones and cotton candy!The end-of-year performance was another highlight. Our class put on a short play about the importance of friendship and working together. I had a small speaking role, and although I was nervous, it was really fun to be up on stage in front of our families.June - Sweet SummertimeFinally, the month we'd all been waiting for – June! School was wrapping up, and you could practically smell summer in the air. We spent a lot of time reminiscing about all the memories we'd made that year and saying our goodbyes to our classmates who were moving away.On the last day of school, we had a massive outdoor party with games, music, and lots of food. We signed each other's yearbooks and took a million group photos to commemorate the end of an era. As I walked out of the school building for the last time that year, I felt a mix of sadness and excitement.
