一次教学反思
本节课的主题是jobs，重点句型：What does he do? He’s a/ an….要求学生能利用句型进行实际交流。
整节课我很好地贯彻了英语教学提倡的交际性原则运用任务型教学方法，以达到教学目标，也能很好地调动学生的学习积极性与学习兴趣。
导课环节运用部分职业工具复习学过的职业名词并复习询问职业的句型，同时巧妙的导入新授句型。
在调动了学生的学习兴趣，复习已学词汇的同时，又巧妙的传递了新知，更利于学生接受。
本课的重点句型是What does he do ?He is ...练习的不够充分。
另外，教学环节拖拉，不干脆，特别是另一个在Pair work环节，给学生练习的时间过长。
处理每一个教学环节时要注意把握节奏，该停顿和等待的时候要给学生留充分思考的时间和空间，该收时候要干脆利落。
授课过程中由于课件出现一些小问题，也造成紧张，导致思路混乱。
备课不仅要备教材，还要备学生。
备学生不只是意味着了解学生的学情，还要对学生的课堂反应作出预设，学生可能会说什么，可能不会说什么，教师要怎么处理学生这样的回答。
拓展介绍自己未来的职业理想，这点做得很好，可以让学生对自己的未来有一个思考，在情感上给学生带来了正能量。
教学过程中练习句型What does he do? He’s a/ an….但学生在谈论时过于局限，与老师、其他学生的交流不足，如果在设计时能够先与学生交流、进行示范，效果将会更好。

（接下来进行第二场比赛）个性化设计：强调：Are. These + 名词性物主代词...? 表示这些是某人的吗Yes，they are 肯定回答/ No, they aren’t 否定回答拓展: Are these hamburgers yours? (做肯定回答)三、第二次“先学后教”比哪个小组能最准确读出短文。
师：请同学们看自学指导自学指导要求：请小组讨论，短文正确读音，5分钟后比哪个小组能最准确读出短文。
师：时间到，停，分组抽测（接下来进行第三场比赛）个性化设计：强调: yellow 黄色，beautiful 漂亮的，Beijing 等城市地名首字母大写。
