三、飲食特色
◎北美洲:
舊金山 紐約 波士頓 最有特色的菜是鄧奇斯蟹和老麵包，有名的唐人街 也在此。 快餐的歷史在美國已經有100多年的歷史了，其飲食 特色就是”多樣化”，聚集各國飲食在此。 1.以傳統食品的味美、實惠而聞名。海鮮，如新英格 蘭蛤肉雜燴(濃奶湯)、魚餅及清煮龍蝦更是獨具魅力。 2.其他地方風味，如波士頓烤豆、印第安布丁及波士 頓奶油餡餅，也很有名。 3.雞蛋是早餐的主食。 4.大西洋為這裡提供了足夠的魚類和貝類。 5.馬薩諸塞州沿海的大片沼澤是世界上最大的越橘供 應地，這種酸酸的紅色漿果在美國的感恩節聚餐中 是不可或缺的材料。
