唐山三友化工股份有限公司热电分公司南厂厂用电气系统优化项目低压开关柜采购技术规范1.总的要求1.1本规范提出了唐山三友热电有限公司南厂厂用电气系统优化项目电气系统中厂用配电室低压交流配电柜本体及其附属设备的技术要求。
主要包括设备的使用条件、主要技术参数、结构、性能、试验及所需技术资料等方面的内容。
1.2本规范提出的是最低限度的技术要求，并未对一切技术细节做出规定，也未充分引述有关标准的条文，供货方应按有关标准提供符合国标、行标和本规范书的优质产品。
1.3本规范所使用的标准及规定的条款如遇到与供货方所执行的标准不一致时，按较高标准执行。

《供配电技术》课程标准课程名称：供配电技术适用专业：电气技术应用专业一、课程性质《供配电技术》本课程是我校电气自动化技术专业、农村电气专业“以工作过程为导向”的一门专业核心课程。
通过本课程的学习和训练，主要培养学生熟练掌握供电和配电技术的基础理论和基本技能，具备供配电系统安装、调试、操作、运行、维护、检修及管理等能力，以及自主学习、团队合作、交流沟通等综合素质能力。
以培养满足工矿企业供配电技术岗位需求的高素质、高技能应用型技术人才为目标。

一、目的通过装配操作人员的精心装配，以保证提供合格、优质的成套开关设备。
二、适用范围成套开关设备的母线制作与装配，二次线配线及零部件的装配。
三、安装要求及元器件安装3.1安装要求（1）安装的零部件（元器件、柜架、紧固件、标准件等）必须是经检验后的合格品。
（2）认真看清规范表及图纸，填写装配卡。
（3）保证装配的正确、统一、完整性。
a）核对配套的元件的额定电压、额定电流、接通和分断能力参数是否符合技术规范表的要求。
b）所配电器元件均应有合格证，强制认证的产品应有认证标志。
c）每一用户，同型号同规格的元器件应采用同一生产厂生产的同一安装尺寸的产品。
d）电器元件的合格证，使用说明书、附件、备件等在开箱验收后应有专人妥善保管。
（4）柜体结构在成套装配的部分，应符合要求，如铰链和门的开启应转动灵活，开启角度不得小于90°，在开闭过程中不应损坏喷涂层。

附表1:（6）柜内用以固定电器元件及连接导线的紧固件应紧固，螺钉应拧紧无打滑及损坏镀层等现象，并应有防松措施，螺钉拧紧后，螺钉端部露出2—5扣螺距，元器件上不接线的螺钉也应拧紧。
同一元件使用的紧固件应是同一标准号、同一种工艺处理后的标准件。
（7）低压配电装置的电气间隙和爬电距离:（8）高压成套装置（9）产品名牌固定牢固、平整、端正，内容要完整并符合产品技术条件和相关标准的规定及要求，所装电器元件的铭牌字迹，标注应清晰。
（10）柜体骨架应保证有可靠的电气接地，喷漆后产品在装接地线前必须进行彻底的刮漆处理，并应有明显接地符号。

3、由供方所提供的设备的技术规范应与本协议书中的规定相一致，并可高于本协议书中的规定。
4、本协议书是最低限度的技术要求，并未对一切技术细节作出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，供方应保证提供符合本协议书和有关标准，功能完善、性能优良的产品及其服务，同时满足国家有关安全、环保等强制性标准和规范的要求。
5、供方在设备设计和制造中所涉及的各项规程、规范和标准都应遵循国家现行的最新版本。
供方所使用的标准和本协议书中所使用的不一致时，则按较高标准执行。
6、在签订合同之后，需方有权提出因规范、标准或规程发生变化而产生的一些补充要求，具体项目由供、需双方共同商定。
7、如果供方在生产过程中没有以书面形式对本协议书中的条文提出异议，则意味着供方提供的设备完全符合协议的要求。
8、协议书经供需双方确认后，作为合同附件，与合同具有同等的法律效力。
9、协议未定事宜，由供需双方协商解决。
10、本技术协议书为GGD型产品的通用技术协议，各个工程要求不同，某些产品功能不一定是本工程所需要的，只有配置相关元器件才能实现。
二、标准和规范1、包括供方向其它厂商购买的所有组件和设备，都应是符合相应的标准规范或法规的最新版本或其修正本的要求。
2、非合同另有规定，供方均遵守最新的国家标准（GB）和国际电工委员会（IEC）标准及国际单位制（SI）标准，此外需符合电力标准。

求，本着安全、经济、合理、可靠的原则设计的低压开关柜。

1.3 本技术规范引用了GGD型低压开关柜《技术条件》，并反映了我公司
应标产品的实际水平。

5.4结构设计
5.4.1开关柜柜体结构是采用通用柜的形式，选用宝钢优质冷轧钢板制造。
构架用8MF冷弯型钢局部焊接组装而成，由构架零件及型钢配装，从而保证了
柜体的精度和质量。
5.4.2通用柜的零部件按模块原理设计，并有20模的安装孔，通用系数高，
缩短了制造周期，提高了工作效率。
5.4.3柜体在设计时充分考虑到运行中的散热问题。在柜体上下两端均有不
同数量的散热槽孔，当柜内热量到一定量时，热量上升，通过上端槽孔排出，而
冷风不断地由下端槽孔补充进柜，使密封的柜体自下而上形成一个自然通风道，
达到散热的目的。
5.4.4柜体按照现代工业产品造型设计，采用黄金分割比的原理设计柜体外
型，使整柜比例合理，美观大方，面目一新。
5.4.5柜门用转轴式活动铰链与构架相连，装卸方便。门的折边处嵌有山型
橡塑条，具有一定的压缩行程，能防止门与柜体直接碰撞，也提高了门的防护等
级。
5.4.6装有电器元器件的仪表门用多股软铜线与构架相连，柜内的安装件与
构架间用滚花螺钉连接，整柜构成完整的接地保护电路。
5.4.7柜体的顶盖在需要时可拆除，便于现场主母线的装配和调整。柜顶的
四角装有吊环，用于起吊和装运。
5.4.8母线、导电部件和绝缘导线。
5.4.8.1母线、导电部件的材料均为高导电率的铜材制造。
5.4.8.2绝缘导线选用铜质线，辅助电路的绝缘导线为多股铜绞线。
5.4.8.3母线搭接处镀锡、搪锡（当载流量超过4000A时）。

6.试验
6.1试验分类
6.1.1型式试验，目的是验证开关柜的结构是否合理，其电气和机械性能是
否达到了技术条件规定的要求。
6.1.2出厂试验，目的是检验开关柜的一般性能是否符合技术条件和供电系
统的一般要求，发现材料、元器件和制造方面的缺陷，并督促改正。
6.2试验项目
6.2.1型式试验的项目
a.温度试验；
b.介电强度试验
c.短路强度试验；
d.保护电路连续性试验；
e.电气间隙、爬电距离和间隔距离测量；
f.防护等级试验；
g.绝缘母线试验。
6.2.2出厂试验项目

6.3每批产品制造完工之后，邀请需方派员到厂点验，确保开箱合格率达
100%。
6.4每批产品到达需方开箱时，本公司派员参加开箱点验。
7.包装
7.1按需方提供的平面排列图，一般2台或3台开关柜联拼包装。
7.2包装底排采用截面积为150×150mm2的松木方制造，产品就位前先铺
一层塑料布，外侧及顶部为9合板覆盖。
7.3包装箱前后两侧面均注明设备名称、型号、规格、工程号、图号、发站、
到站、收货人等内容，以便于用户查找。
7.4包装箱的起吊点有明显标志。
7.5內包装须进入配电室之后方能打开，以保护开关柜外观的完好。
