二、产品种类由于树脂合成的工艺和方法的不同,各家乙烯基树脂的结构、性能及应用也会略有差别。

2.1、标准型双酚A在分子链两端的双键极其活泼,使乙烯基树脂能迅速固化,很快得到使用强度,得到具有高度耐腐蚀性聚合物;采用甲基丙烯酸合成,酯键边的甲基可起保护作用,提高耐水解性;树脂含酯键量少,每摩尔比耐化学聚酯(双酚A-富马酸UPR)少35-50%,使其耐碱性能提高;较多的仲羟基可以改善对玻璃纤维的湿润性与粘结性,提高了层合制品的力学强度;由于仅在分子两端交联,因此分子链在应力作用下可以伸长,以吸收外力或热冲击,表现出耐微裂或开裂。

表2.1中列出了国外标准双酚A型环氧乙烯基酯树脂的典型性能表,其中国外的产品性能是按照ASTM标准或其它国外标准进行,与中国国家标准(GB)的测试方法有所差别,故我们选取了典型的一国外产品与富晨公司的854按国标进行比较测试。

2.52.6、PU2.7、其它品种目前,国内市场上乙烯基酯树脂除上述品种外,还有两大类:一类是较多厂家采用的丙烯酸型乙烯基酯树脂(天和HT3202),或在该树脂基础上用氨基甲酸酯改性处理,该类型树脂耐温等级比相应的甲基丙烯酸型乙烯基酯下降10—20℃,树脂的延伸率上升,但由于缺乏甲基对酯键的保护作用,导致树脂的耐腐蚀性能如耐碱性下降;另一类树脂是我国特色产品,它是富马酸改性双酚A环氧乙烯基酯树脂,但从严格意义上说,它不属于乙烯基酯树脂,而是乙烯基酯树脂与双酚A不饱和聚酯树脂中的一个过渡品种,这种类型的乙烯基酯树脂具有交联密度高、脆性和收缩大的特点,由于树脂中的酯键含量比标准型乙烯基树脂高40-50%,因此其耐碱性相对较差。

养殖饲料含氮化合物知识学习饲料中所有含氮物质统称为粗蛋白(CrUdeProtein,CP),它又包括真(纯)蛋白质与非蛋白含氮物(NPN)。

氨基酸是组成真蛋白质的基本单位,主要由C、H、0、N四种元素组成(约占98%),同时还有少量的S、P、Fe等元素。

非蛋白含氮物又包括游离氨基酸、镂盐、肽类、酰胺、硝酸盐等。

多数饲料中蛋白质含氮量近于16%(变幅在14.90%〜18.87%),因此饲料中的粗蛋白质含量被定义为:饲料CP含量=6.25义饲料含氮量但实际上不同种类饲料间蛋白质的含氮量存在差异,表2-1中列出了几种饲料根据其含氮量的蛋白质含量换算系数。

另外,不同饲料的NPN种类与比例也存在差异,例如几种饲料的NPN 占总氮的百分比:青饲料40%,甜菜50%,青贮饲料30%〜60%,马铃薯30%〜40%,麦芽30%,成熟籽实3%〜10%。

它可在酶、酸、碱等条件下发生水解陈、多肽、氨基酸等。

有些蛋白质对动物消化酶有很强的抗性,如硬蛋白,但在高温高压或酸性溶液的条件下可发生水解。

如利用这一原理生产水解羽毛粉。

所有的蛋白质均具有胶体性质,但它们在水中的溶解度不同。

其溶解度在由角蛋白的不溶解到白蛋白的高度溶解范围内变动,溶解的蛋白质可以通过添加某些盐类如NaCk或(NH4)2SO4,使它们从溶液中沉淀出来。

这是一种物理过程,蛋白质的性质并未改变,将己沉淀的溶液稀释,能使蛋白质再次溶解。

尽管蛋白质肽键内存在的是无酸碱反应的氨基和竣基,但在它们肽键的两个末端或侧链氨基酸残基上,含有许多自由氨基或自由较基。

所以,与氨基酸一样,蛋白质也是两性电解质。

各种蛋白质显示其各种特定的等电点,蛋白质在等电点易生成沉淀,这个特性被常用作蛋白质的分离提纯。

并且由于其大分子和离解度低,在维持体内蛋白质溶液形成的渗透压中起重要作用,这种缓冲和渗透作用对于血液蛋白质维持体内环境的稳定和平衡具有非常重要的意义。

F530聚天门冬氨酸树脂
一、组成与特性:
F530树脂是飞扬公司自行开发的新型无溶剂型、仲胺基可与异氰酸酯反应的聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂。

1、本树脂具有高固体组分(≥95%),且粘度较低,是生产低VOC涂料的理想树脂。

2、快干性好,可与各类固化剂在低温下实现快干。

并可以改善其他树脂(如醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂)
的低温快干性。

3、本树脂柔韧性好,可单独作为柔韧性较好的树脂使用。

并可搭配刚性固化剂或弹性固化剂制备刚
性漆膜或弹性漆膜。

3、耐候性和相容性好,具有极好的耐老化性能和耐黄变性能,与大多树脂、固化剂和溶剂相容性良
好,可改善漆膜的通透性。

3、可单独作为树脂组分使用,亦可搭配其它树脂(如醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂)使用以改善其性能。

二、应用领域:
1、可广泛应用于生产低VOC或无VOC环保涂料;
2、可搭配醇酸、丙烯酸等树脂使用,以改善树脂的低温快干性及其他性能。

3.、可用于苯乙烯、聚氨酯等泡沫景观涂料。

4.、可应用于生产木器涂料、防腐涂料、无溶剂型地坪,建筑内外墙等涂料。

5.、可用于生产各种腻子等。
