In the practice round of the simulation, we tried to produce the amount out of customer expectation and we saw the results turned out to be really bad since we got a large amount of emergency loan and a relatively low ROA, ROE. In this way, all the team members were convinced that my opinion about the business development strategy was right and I became the team leader in a team with students from Australia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and China. For the overall 8 rounds of the capsim simulation, we as a group lead by me achieved good results of the performance. 很多同学都关心实习的问题,如果能参加四大的实习项目,不仅对申请加入四大有不小的帮助,对申请其他公司而言也是不错的经验积累。

有四大中一家的实习经验对申请四大任何一家都有帮助,特别强调一下,有实习是优势,但是没有实习也不是劣势。

实习生最主要的candidate是大三和研一、研二的同学,也就是说即将毕业找工作的同学,当然其他年级也有,只是比例没那么高而已。

四大会在寒暑假开办实习生项目,给希望进四大的同学从内部观察未来东家的机会,也为自己公司做个宣传。

每年的实习生计划都不尽相同,有时人多、有时人少、有时不招。

成功申请到实习后通常有一个简短的培训,培训内容包括公司历史文化、审计基本知识、soft skills等。

经过培训,实习生们就要正式上岗了。

建议大家在实习期间把自己当作一个专业人士而不是一个学生来看待。

即便你做的是一些最基础的工作,通过观察和学习还是能有不少收获的。

【留学生海归招聘会】拿到四大OFFER,我是这样通过笔试和面试的在本文开始之初,还是不厌其烦的想来谈谈“四大”前身今世。

现在的“四大”指的是普华永道,毕马威,安永以及德勤这四家国际会计事务所。

但在2000年以前,国际上都是称之为“五大”,其中的老大安达信因为安然的会计丑闻被拉下神坛,彻底解散。

从中,一句中国老古话得到了验证,三十年河东三十年河西,老大都是轮来当的。

就大中华地区而言,四大之中普华永道是业务量和年收入最高的,其地位就相当于当年的安达信。

其次的则是德勤,安永。

说到这里,你会问,朋友你是不是漏了一家呀?其实并没有,在大中华地区而言,如果按照年收入排名来看,毕马威是无法进入到所谓“四大”的行列里面的。

在2015年大中华地区会计事务所年收入排名中,毕马威被国资的一家会计事务所超过,名列第五。

但从世界局面上来看,毕马威的收入仍旧是在四大之中的。

毕马威在中国被挤出四大,其中原因有许多,比如说国资的会计事务所的公信力越来越得到认可,还有就是国人的崇洋媚外心态也跟随着中国市场的成熟而慢慢消减。

但无论如何,四大作为曾经在神坛上的企业,在公司文化、校园招聘方面还是有十分多先进的理念和环节是值得我们去学习的。

以上述的言语作为引子,结合自己完成了2015年毕马威校园招聘的全流程并拿到offer的经历,来谈一谈自己在这个过程中的心路历程。

接下来我将以网申、笔试、经理面试、合伙人面试四个部分来描述当时的经历和一些小小的tips:一、网申毕马威的网申是校园招聘的第一个环节,它是决定你是否能够参加笔试的唯一依据。

但网申的筛选率四大各不相同,就毕马威而言,它喜欢让更多人通过网申才参加笔试,换句话说只要你是认真写网申的,基本上能通过的。

但毕马威喜欢在笔试中淘汰人,这个淘汰率在百分之八十左右,关于笔试会在下个部分继续详细讲解。

毕马威的网申大致概括起来,主要是填写一些个人的资料和个人的经历(包括奖学金、社会实践、实习等等),这一块基本上是按照自己的情况来填写,一般来说有学生工作经验,有奖学金,有相关工作实习的同学都是毕马威所倾向的,通过率会更高一些。

四大的面试题

∙审计忙淡季分明,忙季加班到天昏地暗,各种出差,淡季相对比较闲,跳槽时面比较广。

由于都是外企,网申页面均为英文,基本信息较详细,篇幅较大,大家需要端正心态,认真完成。

当然,准备一份中英对照的简历是必不可少的。

德勤和安永的网申没有open question(简称OQ),相对比较简单。

毕马威和普华永道的OQ较类似,比较注重团队协作能力。

普华永道笔经普华永道笔经,pwc的笔试,是我最不愿意放在这里的,因为会夹杂太多个人情感。

对pwc乃至“四大”的喜爱,没有什么非凡的缘由;就像对pwc 的情有独钟,也说不出什么非凡的缘由一样。

你们可以不理解、也可以说我盲目,可我就是喜欢,无可救药。

正是因为这样的喜欢,让这份经历带给我的喜悦和悲伤,都格外深刻。

然而,我还是会尽量客观的去记录pwc的经历,留给需要它的人,也算为自己一度的梦想有个交待。

pwc的招聘流程是:网申+笔试+评估中心(ac)+partner面网申:全英文,在pwc的官方网站上,按步骤慢慢来就好了,没什么好说的。

印象深刻的是,网申的项目做得比较细致,就连各门课程的成绩都要写上去,光是课程名就让我翻译了办天。

最后有四个open questions:1. why are you applying for this position?2. please explain how your personal qualities,skills,knowledge and working experience will help you to be successful in the position for which you are applying.3. what community or student's clubs do you belong to and to what extend are you involved?4. any additional information?就这四个问题,让我消耗了半个通宵,打磨了好几个小时,千锤百炼出来的答案受益无穷,成为了我的“模板”,现在看看是非常值得的。

这是pwc带给我的重要收获之一。

能通过网申其实挺意外的,一个平淡的早晨,意外的接到hr的笔试通知电话,这可能也是pwc之旅唯一让我兴奋的事情了。

Please describe a specific achievement of you within a team and what you gained from it.During my study in Italy, one of my courses is Italian culture. This is a courses that uses culture learning to engage participants in a dynamic competition to prepare a show. Our classes are divided into teams that work together I had 5 Italian members in my team a,and only I am Chinese. From the start of the team, I got the indication that since our team members are from different countries, our distinct cultural background would give our cooperation more challenge. Things turned out to be just as what I thought. We had different views during our first meeting. One guy held the view that we should just sing a song together. I went against his idea by stating that if we can sing an Chinese song which is a cover from the Italian folk songs will be more creative. It is can reflect cultural exchanges.I discussed with other group members with the predicted figures to convince them and they finally agreed on what I said. In this way, all the team members were convinced that my opinion and I became the team leader in a team with Italian students. We choose ‘Bella Ciao’Chinese vision to be our song, we as a group lead by me achieved good results of the performance. We beat the other teams in our class and get a high mark for our performance.It is through collaboration and negotiation that we made all the decisions. How we communicate with each other when people have disagreements. When faced with contradictions, I keep myself to talk to the ones against me politely and reasonably. Collaboration is not about compromise, it is about the contribution made by all the team members.
