SUPERKIDS BOOK1Unit 8教学设计说明THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAFFILIA TED TO WUHAN UNIVERSITY武大附小李琼本课是SUPERKIDS《灵通英语》教材的第一册第八单元的一课,授课对象是三年级的学生。

根据中低年级儿童思维形象具体、以生活中的直接经验为主、且注意力集中时间短、易分散、无意注意占优势,我对教材进行了处理,对教学内容重新进行了组合。

我在四十分钟的大课中,围绕主题“sports(运动)”安排了三项教学内容:掌握对话“Let’s play basketball.”“ok.”能听说表演动词指令“Play baseball .Play soccer. Play basketball. Play volleyball. Play dodgeball.”并学唱歌曲“Sunny 、cloudy”。

在设计本课的教学时,我以愉快教学(A Smile-way approach)理念为指导,旨在让学生在教师精心设计的一系列愉快情景下进行学习,培养学生主动参与语言实践活动的意识,促进学生语言交际能力的发展和整体素质的提高。

一.设置运动情境,让学生感受到愉快本课的主题是“Sports”(运动), 为了让学生在这节课上更好的对教师的运动肢体语言进行观察,同时也为学生做运动动作创造良好的条件,我将桌椅的摆放从传统的秧田式的模式(图一)变为半圆弧式的模式(图二)。

这样的课堂设置使学生还未上课就有一种新奇的感受,初步感受到愉快教学。

二.利用外部诱发因素,让学生体验到愉快。

外部诱发因素,如艺术的魅力—唱、画、玩、演,多媒体,游戏活动等,运用于课堂教学中,可以激发学生兴趣,让学生体验到愉快。

在这节课的准备阶段,首先让学生唱了一首活泼轻快的英语歌曲“Are you ready throw the ball?”歌曲,学生一边唱一边配合着肢体语言做动作,这样一方面给给学生以亲切感,活跃气氛,使学生很快进入学习状态;另一方面运用歌中的“ball”(球)来引入本课要学习的各种”ball”---baseball(棒球)、soccer(足球)basketball(篮球)、volleyball.(排球)、dodgeball(躲避球)。
