目的NIKE(运动鞋)每日验货培训手册的目的:•达成NIKE成品鞋品质要求的共识。
•为NIKE和FHI提供一个标准化培训手册。
•确保每个工厂/NLO’实施一致的品质标准。
MQA任务陈述期望通过生产流程和成品外观的控制,保证每双NIKE鞋子达到或超过消费品质要求。
二、验货工具验货工具:•说明书,SPEC,确认样品鞋,AQL报告和特殊物性报告。
•DI验货报告、验货看板、最近的内部粘着/IDS测试报告和DI印章(亚洲地区文件须统一)。
•直尺、软尺、游标卡尺、不良标签和鞋带分段。
三、验货区验货间须具备以下条件:•光线是非常重要,须为实白日光灯;•在加工线后段(首选)或明亮通风的房间验货;•地点在加工后段附近或临时仓库;•可盛放确认鞋的橱柜;•抽检时须同时检查相关的包装/贴纸/软底贴纸等等。
•桌子足够大可放置指定抽验的鞋子;•验货区不可喧哗。
工作须整洁且不可有车针、剪刀、玻璃制品和其他东西,以防止其掉入内盒内。
•在验货区内不能做修补、清洁和修剪的动作。
验货区不是做清洁、修剪或修整的工作。
鞋子是PASS或是FAIL取决于打开内盒时鞋子的品质状况。

(一)一般性脚部与球鞋术语Arch——足弓。
脚掌没有接触到地面的部分。
确切地说就是弓形的跖骨。
Bespoke——定制。
这是一个经常被用到时尚或汽车制造业等工业的专业术语。
一双定制的球鞋通常是为某个人经过精确的细节测量而制造的球鞋。
Dorsum——脚背。
Dorsiflex——脚背曲线。
Insole——内底。

Lateral——侧面。

Medial——中间。
脚的内侧部位。
Midsole——中底夹层。
在鞋外底和内底之间的层或材料。

Plantar——脚底。
