1 适用范围
NQ2系列电磁起动器(以下简称起动器),主要适用于交流50Hz(或60Hz)、额定工作电压至660V、额定 控制功率至15kW(电流至30A)的电路中,用作控制电动机的直接起动、停止和正反向运转,带有热过载继 电器的起动器能对电动机的过载或断相起保护作用。
3 正常工作条件和安装条件

4013614405679 MS116-32 Manual Motor Starter The MS116-32 manual motor starter (also known as motor protection circuit breaker or manual motor protector) is a compact 45 mm width device with a rated operational current of Ie = 32.0 A. This device is used to manually switch on and off motors and to protect them reliably and without the need for a fuse from short-circuits, overload and phase failures. The manual motor starter offers a rated service short-circuit breaking capacity Ics = 10 kA at 400 VAC and trip class 10A. Further features are the build-in disconnect function, temperature compensation, trip-free mechanism and a rotary handle with a clear switch position indication. The manual motor starter is suitable for three- and single-phase applications. Auxiliary contacts, signaling contacts, undervoltage releases, shunt trips, 3-phase bus bars, power in-feed blocks and locking devices for protection against unauthorized changes are available as accessory.

QJZ-2×200/1 140SA矿用隔爆兼本质安全型双速双回路真空磁力起动器一、概述:QJZ一2×200/1140SA矿用隔爆兼本质安全双速双回路真空磁力起动器(以下简称起动器)适用于含有甲烷及煤尘爆炸危险的煤矿井下,可分别控制二台三相交流双绕组双速电动机,也可以同时控制二台双绕组双速电动机是煤矿井下大功率双速驱动输送机、皮带输送机、刨煤机等的必备电控设备。

该起动器采用快速开门结构和可靠的闭锁装置,结构合理,操作方便等优点。

起动器因采用了先进的真空接触器和电子保护单元,分断能力高,电寿命长,功能齐全,CMOS逻辑保护单元及固体显示单元,在国内居领先地位。

起动器内所有零部件和线路符合有关技术标准;并通过严格的质量控制,因此使起动器保养费用低,可大大减少因起动器出现故障而导致的停产事故。

二、工作条件:1、海拨高度不超过2000米;2、周围介质温度不高于+40%、不低于-20℃;3、周围空气相对湿度不大于95%(25℃);4、安装面与垂直的倾斜度不超过l5度;.5、须能防止雨和雪侵入起动器内部。

Thesecontrollers are available in combination and non-combination types.The speed of an induction motor is a function of the supply frequency and the number of poles of the motor winding. T o obtain different speeds with afixed supply frequency, the number of magnetic poles of the motor must be changed.Characteristics at any speed are similar to those of a single-speed motor. There are two basic methods of providing multiple-pole combinations:Separate-Winding Motors have a separate winding for each speed. 3.1 安装地点的海拔一般不超过2000m。 3.2 周围空气温度下限一般不低于-5℃,上限一般不高于+40℃,24h内其平均值不超过+35℃。 3.3 空气相对湿度不大于90%(在+25℃±5℃时)。 3.4 周围环境污染等级为污染等级3。 3.5 起动器的安装类别为安装类别Ⅲ。 3.6 起动器与安装垂直面倾斜不大于±5°。 3.7 脱扣级别:10A(NS2-25、25X),10(NS2-80、80B) 3.8 额定工作制:不间断工作制,断续工作制。
