传感器安装说明
1)把传感器从包箱中取出,检查传感器是否有伤损、接口尺寸与工程需求是否一致。 2)一般传感器在出厂时已经完成传感器与自封接头的装配。在此情况下,则跳过步骤 3-6,直接进行步骤 7。 3)检查密封垫表面是否有划伤、毛刺等,必要时用 400#砂纸蘸乙醇轻轻研磨,并用百洁布抛光, 去除 毛刺和划痕,用蘸乙醇的擦拭纸清理干净。

产品简介 现有的 GIS 设备普遍采用密度继电器在设备就地监视 SF6 压力,依靠密度继电器上的压力接点向远
方发出 SF6 压力低报警、压力低闭锁信号。由于没有在线监测的功能,不能及时发现 SF6 气体漏泄及其 发展趋势,容易出现由于 SF6 严重漏泄,危及主设备安全,造成主设备损坏及影响系统稳定运行的事故。
SDM 气体密度及微水传感器能对 GIS 系统中各气室的 SF6 气体进行压力、温度及湿度数据检测, 将压力换算成 20℃时的压力 P20 作为密度指示供显示,同时将绝对水气压换算成 20℃时的水分体积比分 值数,并进行超限报警。从而实现在生产过程中对 SF6 气体密度及微水含量进行实时、远程监测以及历史 数据分析,加强监测手段,更好地保证设备安全、稳定运行。

2.禁止施加高电压,会导致传感器损坏或性能变化。

3、避免长期暴露于挥发性硅化合物蒸汽中,如:发胶、硅粘结剂、腻子的环境中,会导致覆盖包裹敏感材料,使产品失效。

4、禁止传感器与水或液体的接触,会使敏感材料脱落,导致传感器性能变化或失效。

5、避免在高腐蚀性的环境中使用,如含有盐酸,硝酸、强碱物质或碱金属盐等存在的环境中使用,会使敏感材料变质,电极遭受腐蚀,使传感器损坏。

郑州炜盛电子科技有限公司GM-702B CO气体传感器产品描述MEMS一氧化碳气体传感器利用MEMS工艺在Si基衬底上制作微热板,所使用的气敏材料是在清洁空气中电导率较低的金属氧化物半导体材料。

当环境空气中有被检测气体存在时传感器电导率发生变化,该气体的浓度越高,传感器的电导率就越高。

使用简单的电路即可将电导率的变化转换为与该气体浓度相对应的输出信号。
