英语俱乐部简介社团组织结构简介英语俱乐部是1995年成立的。
以提高会员学习英语的兴趣为宗旨吸引了众多的英语爱好者的加入。
本俱乐部的会费主要来源都是来自会员的会费每学期的大型比赛期间与外界机构有一定的合作赞助英语俱乐部的部分宣传费用。
英语俱乐部在过去的一年中定期举行英语角和FREE TALK活动邀请专家开展专业的英文讲座和举办大型的英语口语大赛各会员都积极参与并都受到广泛的好评。

英语俱乐部（English club ）是广州大学规模最大的学生社团之一，成立于1995年，拥有在校会员近千人，单届会员人数超过200人。
俱乐部活动形式多样，内容丰富多彩，受到广大会员的一致青睐。
在提高会员的英语学习热情和口语交际能力，活跃校园英语学习氛围，丰富学生课余生活等方面起到了巨大的作用。
俱乐部的特色活动有：
English Corner（动感地带英语角活动（Party&Game形式））
Movie Shows（组织会员观看英文原版电影）
English Lecture（专家或外教英语讲座）
Amazing tour（全英语对话野炊，野外拉链）
Spoken English Contest(英语口语大赛)
Jinqiao Cup Singing Competition(津桥杯英文歌唱比赛)
英语俱乐部主持人需要拥有流畅的口语水平，并在活动中扮演好培训师和引导者的重要角色。
我们将通过内部选拔来发掘这样的人才。
我们也希望给具备优秀口语表达能力的同事提供一个表现自我，锻炼演讲表达能力的平台。
主持人职责如下：
1.主持人和培训主管共同负责每周活动主题的选取，并准备相应主题的素材。
于每周五发
送给俱乐部会员，以便会员提前知晓活动主题。
活动形式或素材内容需要有感染力，并贴近生活，并注重会员参入度。
2.在活动过程中，主持人既是会员的亲密合作伙伴，又是向导。
需要随时注意引领会话的
航向，帮助会员排除会话中出现的语言障碍，并鼓励全员投入。
这样不但减轻了会员的心理压力，也有利于会员准确了解学情，更能使交流朝预期的方向发展，收到更理想的效果
3.在活动中主持人要帮助学员树立自信心，克服虚荣心和自卑心理，最重要的是在确定话
题时一定要慎重。
使学员面对话题有话可说，有话想说，其次，主持人要尽量使学员在交际过程中更多地体会到成功的喜悦和幸福。
如适时适度的送上鼓励和赞扬的话语。
“Very great!”、“How clever! ”、“Excellent!”、“Well done!”等，使他们获得成就感，从而激发学习兴趣，在轻松愉快的演练中，摆脱畏惧和胆怯心理。
4.给学员展示自我的机会，满足他们的成功欲。
定期举办“情景剧表演，原声模仿，经典
配音”等活动，让学员在全体学员面前表演，使会话效果升华，同时起到以点带面的作用。
5. 为赞赏主持人为俱乐部做出的努力，由公司出资赞助，主持人每次活动有50元?培训费。
