尤其是这些新课改理念与我校倡导的“三步九法“相吻合。
可以说此次培训收益颇丰、获取匪浅。
一、转变教育思想，开阔改革视野。
为期10天的培训学习，让我把埋着苦干的头抬了起来，发现教育是需要远见卓识的。
在本次培训中，每位专家老师给我们做精彩的讲座。
各位专家老师的讲座，阐述了他(她)们对初中英语教学的独特见解，对新课程的各种看法，对英语思想方法的探讨，并向我们介绍了比较前沿的教育理论知识，以及如何开展课例研究。
从各位专家的亲身体验，从国内教育到国外理念，让我犹如呼吸到清新的空气，为之振奋。
二、通过学习理论，不断应用实践。
作为一名骨干教师，我努力把学习的理论知识转化为实践动能，使之有效地指导平时的英语教学工作。
在培训过程中，我把自身对英语新课程标准的理解与组内的老师交流，并在课例跟进后，用新课程的基本理念来指导教学，面向全体学生，培养学生综合语言运用能力，学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流、合作等方式学习和使用英语。
同时，我学会了变换角度审视自己的教育教学工作，在新理念的引领下，不断反思、调整我的教育观，正是这种换位思考，让我学会了信任学生，并不断地感受到信任带来的惊喜和力量。
在教学中以教师为主导，学生为主体。
以情境创设为主线，以参与性和创造性的练习为重点，以提高语言综合能力为主旨，采用探究式学习，把问题提出来给学生，让学生探究合作来完成，使每一位学生都能积极参与活动，从中受益。

英语阅读感悟9篇英语阅读感悟9篇新课标实施以来，高中英语教师更加重视培养学生的英语阅读能力。
但仍有不少教师没能把握好高中英语阅读教学的侧重点，训练方法较为单一，过度依赖应试型强化训练模式，没有足够重视培养学生阅读策略和阅读技巧。
这在教育部考试中心发布的高考试题分析中清晰地反映出来了：概括文章主旨缺乏针对性，以偏概全;捕捉文章信息不分主次，缺乏综合，推测词义脱离语境，一知半解;推理判断看不出线索与事实的关系;理解结构找不到句与句、段与段的逻辑关系。
学生的英语阅读理解能力是通过阅读获取和吸收英语书面信息，从而实现书面交际的能力。
学生的英语阅读能力，在英语语言学习和跨文化交际中起着越来越重要的作用。
大纲要求高中生能以每分钟50—70个字的速度，独立阅读生词率不超过3%的有关人物传记、故事、记叙文、科普小品等内容的材料，实际上，有相当一部分的学生达不到这一要求。
根据教学实践中的观察和调查，我发现学生阅读理解存在以下几个方面问题：1.词汇量有限。
对词汇理解和掌握是影响阅读的重要因素，从某种意义上说，学生的阅读能力与其词汇量是成正比的，词汇储备不足，又会导致学生阅读障碍重重，丧失阅读兴趣。
2.缺乏有效的阅读策略与技巧。
有的学生不懂得阅读技巧,他们在阅读时往往从前读到后,用相同的速度和方式理解不同文体的文章，而不是根据不同的文体采取不同方式获得主要信息,这样往往是事倍而功半，吃亏不讨好;也有许多学生在阅读过程中，试图记住所有的内容，习惯于逐字逐句地看，试图记住每个句子的意思，时间与精力过于集中于一些非考点的细节，而不善于通过整体阅读去把握文章观念和理念。
3.课外知识面狭窄，英美文化背景知识单薄。
有些同学阅读文章时,对文章提及的事实或现象缺乏感性认识,导致理解过程晦涩,有时甚至会产生理解错误。
因此，拥有较广的课外知识面和一定的英美文化背景知识会有助于学生尽快地进入阅读理解的状态,迅速地把握文章的整体含义和思路。
4.语言基本功欠佳，对长难句把握不好。
阅读文章中,有些句子结构复杂,从句较多,交叉了很多倒装，虚拟，省略等较复杂的语言现象，学生如果对语法知识缺乏系统的理解，就会造成一种望而生畏的心理障碍。
5.阅读动力与兴趣不足。
阅读应该是一个积极主动的心理过程，而我们的学生由于上述种种因素的影响，对阅读产生畏惧心理，使阅读成为消极的应付和被动阅读另外，，仍有一部分教师未充分领会新课程标准的精神，在阅读教学中，有几点不足：1.“仍局限于传统的语法翻译方法和以教师讲解为主的教学模式”过多地对课文中的语言点、语法点进行讲解，没有准确地定位好所教课文中的语言知识目标，对所碰到的词语和语法现象不加选择或不分主次地罗列和讲解。
过多重视语言形式，语言能力训练不足，费时较多。
2.训练学生归纳文章主旨和大意时，大部分教师只是告诉学生，通过寻找各段主题句、注意段首和段末内容的方法把握文章的中心思想，缺乏较详尽、明确的指导方法去启发学生如何寻找主题句和确定文章中心思想，以至学生在确定主题句时，机械地把主题句定为段首句，或段尾句或中间句，而对于隐含在字里行间的主题信息缺乏思考和分析，失去灵活领会大意的能力。
另外，教师设置的阅读理解题多以考查细节内容或判断有关内容的正误为主，缺乏对学生推理和归纳能力的培养。
3.由于高中课文篇幅逐渐加长，教师设置篇章主旨和大意归纳题存在不同程度的困难，缺乏对篇章的主旨和大意归纳训练，对篇章总体把握不够，多以试卷中的测试题取而代之，导致学生训练不足，缺乏把握篇章主旨和大意的能力。
4.在教学实践中，我们可以普遍发现，学生经常混淆归纳文章主旨和大意题与推断作者的观点、意图题，他们缺乏分辨这两种设问方式的能力，往往会张冠李戴。
不少教师对此却未能引起足够的重视;训练过程中，设问缺乏层次性，未遵循由浅入深，逐步深入的循序渐进原则，一步到位，缺乏梯度。
实际上，相当一部分学生把握不准问题的内涵与外延，在阅读时常常出现以偏概全的倾向。
作为一名英语教师，应该把排除影响学生阅读效率的障碍因素作为当务之急，课堂教学重视学生的阅读能力和效率，不断反思自己的教学，积极转变教学观念，指导学生使用正确恰当的阅读策略，帮助学生在学习过程中掌握阅读理解技能，从而提高学生的阅读能力。
一：课堂教学从根本入手，激发学生阅读兴趣。
“兴趣是最好的老师”，对英语阅读教学也不例外，尤其是在培养学生阅读兴趣的起步阶段，更要注重激发学生对英语广泛阅读的兴趣。
课堂阅读课教学应改传统的以讲练语法为主的阅读教学模式为以学生自主合作探究式学习为模式的阅读。
在阅读教学中，尝试让学生阅读课前对单元相关主题进行大量的热身活动，如让学生收集一些相关主题的语言材料，用英语翻译简短的小文章，在阅读课前让学生朗读，这一举措让学生将课堂阅读与自己喜闻乐见的东西有效结合起来，培养阅读兴趣的同时也让学生对阅读材料有了更多的感性认识。
其次，培养学生课外阅读的兴趣，选择难度适中，贴近生活，题材多样，知识趣味结合较好的文章。
阅读面的拓展对学生阅读能力的培养和阅读经验技能的掌握起着举足轻重的作用，尤其对高一的学生，我要求学生养成每日1-2篇阅读的习惯，阅读文章难度适中，体裁繁多，读后讲评以学生讨论为主，重视学生对文章整体理念的把握，并要求学生对一些社会现象进行评说，在此过程中学生感受了阅读的乐趣，自然乐于更多这样的尝试。
二：扎实的语法基本功是高效阅读的基本储备。
在阅读中会遇到大量的长难句，涉及到虚拟，倒装，主从复合句，省略，非谓语动词等语法功能分析，许多学生因缺乏语法的系统知识而失分，不能不说语法教学依然是英语教学的重点。
对于高一的新生，系统的语法教学难以展开，我在阅读教学中采取“举一反三，适度展开”方法，对于学生阅读中出现的涉及考题的语法现象，我一般不做说教，而是引导学生分析，判断，以理解为目的，并适当的援引例句让学生进行类比，尽量使学生在自然的语言情境中体会语法。
三：阅读策略与技巧的培养应是课堂教学的重中之重。
首先，教会学生正确使用工具书和猜词、掠读、略读等阅读理解的技能，培养良好的阅读习惯。
每次训练前，先向学生说明掠读和略读的特点，并要求学生在规定的时间内有意识地使用掠读和略读技能进行阅读。
其次，鼓励学生利用上下文和构词法进行猜词。
另外，课内外的阅读训练都应要求限时，让学生记录自己每次的阅读速度和理解的正确率。
并且，课堂教学要高屋建瓴，立足整体，教会学生把握中心句，主题句，对文章观点进行点评，对作者意图进行揣摩，对文章结构进行剖析。
四：培养良好的阅读习惯，是落实英语素质教育的长远大计。
一旦学生的养成了终生阅读的习惯，一切障碍将迎刃而解。
首先，培养学生积累词汇的习惯。
我对学生周期阅读有一个要求，即每周积累50个生单词，循序渐进，循环记忆，将词汇的雪球越滚越大。
同时，培养学生写阅读笔记的习惯，要求学生能在理解全文的基础上，排除无关信息的干扰，简洁、准确地概括出文章的要点。
通常在指导学生利用阅读技能浏览全文后，写出要点，“以写促读”的方式也有助于提高学生的读写综合能力。
每日一篇，潜移默化，自然习得英美文化背景知识，增长阅读经验和见识，也增强学生的文化理解能力，并且要求学生克服逐字逐句阅读的坏习惯，要求阅读时有紧迫感，集中注意力，着重整体理解。
五：重视培养学生的自我发展能力。
鼓励学生用“心”阅读,要求学生在阅读时要精力集中,思维尽量跟上每一个单词,但不要脱离上下文孤立地去死记硬背.阅读时要一鼓作气,才能对文章有一个完整的理解.鼓励学生遇到生词时，根据上下文猜测,而不是急于.有些词并不影响阅读理解,尽可能不去管它,停下来想,思路中断，反而会影响阅读速度.另外还可以知道学生通过短语去记单词,通过句子去记词汇,通过课文去记忆句型的方法,真正起到扩大词汇量。
现代教育更重视培养学生的自我发展能力，这就要求教师不仅要教学生“学会”，而且还要教学生“会学”。
要用各种方法教会学生“怎样学”,使学生具备学习和运用英语的能力。
在阅读过程中根据不同的阅读目的和要求,采取不同的阅读方式和策略,遵循由浅入深,由表及里,由具体到概括的顺序要求阅读。
六：坚持不懈、持之以恒，搞好阅读教学。
高中英语阅读教学是一个循序渐进,有机结合的过程。
它既强调教学材料本身的整体性,也强调语言形式和语言意义的统一性;它既强调教学活动的整体性,也强调语言学习和语言运用的有机统一。
总之，学生的阅读理解能力诸如主旨和大意的归纳能力，不是凭教师的讲解便能获得的，而是要求学生不断探究分析，从阅读实践和积累中，从阅读技巧和习惯的养成中逐渐自我建构的。
教师若能结合学生的认知水平，合理、灵活地在阅读课文教学中把握好以上几点，高中英语阅读教学目标是完全能够实现的。
提高学生的英语阅读理解能力是一个长期的过程，需要将课堂内外的训练结合起来，培养阅读兴趣，对学生加强阅读习惯，技巧，词汇，语法等方面的指导，规范要求和持之以恒的训练才能得以实现。
教师不能指望在短期内甚至几节课里完成，它是一个长期自我探究和体验的过程。
我阅读苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》之后感触颇多，可以说他的一些教育方法和理念不论是过去还是现在，都值得我们广大教师不断思考。
通过阅读，我懂得了要成为一名合格的好教师，必须要有高度的社会责任感。
歌德说：“你要欣赏自己的价值，就得给世界增加价值。
”“尽力履行你的职责，那你就会立刻知道你的价值。
”履行责任的标准越高，其人生价值就可能越大。
一名教师，只有尽到对学生的责任，才能是好教师。
因此，加强教师职业道德修养，必须从“责任”两字做起。
对自己应尽的责任认识得越早，越能健康快速地成长，越能在履行责任中实现自己的人生价值。
那么，怎样做才能更好地履行教师的责任呢?一、要身体力行，以身作则。
我认为要从课堂做起，从小事做起;要求学生做到的教师自己先要做到，并且要做得更好，这就要求教师必须学为人师，身正为范。
我一直就是这样来要求勉励自己的。
在低年级学生眼里，教师是完美的化身，是榜样，教师的`一言一行都受到学生的关注。
因此教师的人格对学生的影响是巨大的，甚至是终生的，尤其是教师不良的行为所产生的负面影响更是无法挽回的。
如果一个教师上课迟到早退，或不认真备课、随便应付，或对学生不管不问，那么这样的教师怎么能让学生有好的学习榜样?怎么能教书育人?二、要不断提高自己的专业知识和业务水平。
教师首先要有扎实的专业理论水平。
对所教课程的内容要非常熟悉，从教材、体系到知识点等都必须了解、掌握;上课能够做到驾轻就熟，深入浅出，难易恰当，重点突出，对学生的回答能及时做出明确的判断，不能模棱两可，这就要求我们要不断地充实自己，不断地学习。
其次，要有好的教学方法。
作为教师来讲，怎么教是一个很重要的问题，好的教学方法能够吸引学生的注意力，培养学生的学习兴趣和积极性，使学生得到启发，思维能力得到锻炼，从而能够使学生自主地学习。
