其次我还参加了很多研修学习，比如国培计划的乡村教师培训和全国优秀教研员培训，省级高考中考培训，名师引进培训等。
通过这些培训，我开阔了视野，提高了自己的理论水平和教育教学能力。
此外，我还坚持听课，一年来，听课200多节，一些优课，尤其是名师的课，让我受益匪浅，我学习他们的独到之处，并将所学应用到我的工作实践当中。
其次，工作中，我努力工作。
不但超额完成自己的本职工作，还为工作室写简报、培养青年教师、参与工作室的扶贫工作、编写学生暑假作业、编写牛津英语分级阅读、申请市级课题、承担区级课题负责人。
二、学年所做工作及取得的成绩1．与工作室主持人庄____老师协作，共同承担对青年教师刘____、何____的培养、指导工作，二位教师取得“西安市教学能手”称号。
2．辅导青年教师师____获市互联网+大赛一等奖。
3. 辅导青年教师魏____、高____获市互联网+大赛二等奖。
三、不足及提升设想（一）尚待提升之处1．参加活动不充分，虽然我自己参加了很多活动，但作为工作室成员，参加工作室集体活动次数较少。
2．理论学习时间太少，最初计划学习完How to teach English 这本书，但现在还有一部分没有学完。
3. 辐射引领作用待进一步加强。
作为教研员应该坚持下课堂听课，指导一线教师专业成长，第二学期因工作及外出研修学习任务较重，除了单位集体听课，个人外出听课指导次数较上半学期相对减少。
4. 论文攥写方面很薄弱，没有高质量的论文。
（二）今后工作设想在以后的工作中，要坚持学习理论知识，掌握最前沿的教学动态，多看像《中小学外语教学》这样的核心期刊，不断提高理论水平。
多参加培训，听专家、名师讲课，提高课堂教学实践能力。
多写反思，不论是自己主持的活动或者参加的活动，写好反思，促进自己成长。

这对于强化我的职业教学能力，促进专业成长，提高职业教育的教学质量必将起到很大的推动作用。
一、感受名师风采初到郑州轻工学院就体会到了学院的领导、老师的热情，周到的安排和热心帮助，使我宾至如归。
经过一段时间的相处，同学之间相互交流，相处融洽，感受到了集体大家庭的温暖。
在这里，即使是冬季也四处洋溢着一股浓浓的暖意。
学院为我们开设了多门专业课程和专题讲座，各位专家和学者兢兢业业、严谨治学的敬业精神令人钦佩，他们热情开朗、平易近人的态度使人倍感温暖。
资深的专业背景，详细全面的讲解，信手拈来就能够讲的极其精彩的案例，令我佩服至极。
二、革新教学理念通过培训，使我不仅学习到了不少专业知识，还令我的教育理念发生了转变。
在以往的商务英语专业教学中，我们往往把学习的重点放在语言使用能力上，对学生商务意识的培养有所欠缺，商务知识讲解还比较浅显。
而在这里所学的每一门课程都无一不将商业背景知识的介绍放在了首要的位置，然后才是运用英语进行商业活动实际操作。
所以，今后我定将转变教学重点，弥补学生在商业知识上的欠缺。
三、拓展学习视野在这次的国培班里有许多和我年龄接近，经历相仿的同学，我们有很多的话题可以一同交流和探讨，我们有很多的观点可以一起抒发和碰撞。
每一次的现场观摩活动后，我们都踊跃发言，大胆地陈述自己的观点想法，提出自己的疑惑。
我们从教学活动的目标定位谈到重难点的确定，从课堂上学生的自读自悟谈到教师指导策略的运用，从情境创设谈到学生发展的层次性和差异性。
每次讨论，都是我们交流思想，吸取他人见解和自我感悟的一次机会。
我在学习中始终信奉“他山之石，可以攻玉”的信条，培训结束后，我们还会坚持和其他学院保持联系，交流感受，是自己能博采众长，开拓视野。
在国培的这段时间里，来自各位导师的谆谆教诲，来自同学的倾情相助汇成了一股股感人肺腑的暖流、汇成了一阵阵催人奋进的号角，激励着我始终不敢有丝毫的懈怠和停留。
回到工作中后，我会把在这里学习到的宝贵知识与同事们分享，共同促进，改进我们的教学方法，提高教学效果，为职业教育添砖加瓦。
