段落翻译是一种主观题型，相对于句 子翻译难度更大。它主要考查考生的分析 能力、理解能力、汉语表达能力及综合能 力，所以考生在做这道题的时候，思路要 清晰。以下提供一些解题思路和注意事项：
（1）切忌逐字逐句的翻译。因为这就割裂了段落的整体 性，既影响了翻译的速度，又影响了翻译的正确性。应首 先快速浏览全文，找出主题句，理解全文的大意，确定语 体和语气。 （2）在对全文理解的基础之上，进一步分析和搞清文中 各句子之间的相互关系，以便正确理解句子的确切含义。 （3）搞清句子的内部结构，判断和分析句子各个部分的 相互关系。注意辨别句子结构中一些特殊形式的表达（如 否定转移、倒装、强调等） （4）翻译过程中，要根据句子的上下文，正确领会原文 的内容，把握一些主体句和一些关键词的意义。碰到影响 理解的难句和难词可以根据词法，上下文及给定材料有关 的文化背景知识、科普知识及自己的生活常识进行猜测和 理解，避免造成误解。 （5）翻译过程中，要控制好翻译速度和时间。 （6）译完之后一定要进行检查。检查是否有漏译或误译 的现象；检查译文是否正确而又流畅地表达原文的意思， 是否符合汉语的表达习惯。
2.题型介绍及备考方略
B级考试中的翻译只是以两种形式出现： 一种是句子翻译，另一种是段落翻译。
2.1句子翻译
句子翻译是一种客观题型，即给出一 个英语句子，要求考生根据该句的句意， 从四个给定的相应汉语句子翻译中选出最 佳的一个作为答案。但不同于一般客观题 型的是在四个选项中除了一个最佳答案给 满分2分外，其它三个答案也根据其正确 程度分别给出1.5分、1分和0分的分值， 也就是说，四个选项中有三个选项考生都 可以拿到相应的分数。句子翻译共四题， 总分是8分。
1.概述
B级翻译（20分）即英译汉是测试学生将英语正确译 成汉语的能力，包括学生对语言与文化的分析能力、理解 能力及其综合能力。所译材料为句子和段落。对学生的考 试要求是学生能够将中等偏下难度的一般题材的文字材料 和一些实用性文字材料译成汉语，理解正确，译文达意， 格式恰当。 做好翻译题的前提是考生必须具备较强的语言（英语、 汉语）理解能力及良好的汉语表达能力。同时在翻译时必 须做到以下两点：1）译文不仅要正确表达原文的意思， 而且要尽量保持原文的风格。2）译文必须通顺流畅，符 合汉语语言规范。

3.1省略法
省略法是指在汉语译文中省略原文 （英文）中的代词或连词的一种翻译技巧。 把英语译成汉语，译文一定要符合汉语的 表达习惯。与英语相比较，汉语里代词 （尤其是人称代词）和连接词（尤其是并 列连词“和”）用得不多，能省略的代词 和连接词一般都不在句子里出现。因此， 英译汉时，应避免在句子里过多地使用代 词和连接词，否则译文就会显得生硬不自 然。
[解题要领] 这个句子的主语是“The goods”， 谓语是“do not match”，宾语是“the samples”。“delivered”是过去分词，作“The goods”的后置定语。“certainly”是副词，用来 修饰谓语动词。“you sent us”是一个省略了引 导词的定语从句，用来修饰“the samples”。 解这类题是一定要仔细认真地看好四个选项的译 文，然后再根据自己的理解去选择一个最佳答案， 千万不要凭自己的主观臆想随便选出答案。
[答题技巧]
