二、适用范围：适合于本企业锁线机操作人员。
三、工作指引：1、2、3、开机前必须对机台进行加油，确保各个加油部位油路畅通。
根据书本开本，将直针、钩针、三角位置校正好。
锁16开为3-4针组，锁32开为2-3针组，锁64开为2针组，针组距离基本一致。
4、用手盘机一周，无异常现象后调节好规矩锁一本样书，校对后交主管、质检签字认可后才能进行批量生产。
5、6、7、手工搭页时，中缝放平、放正，天头应靠齐规矩，防止缩帖、扎破衬。
拉线松紧合适并保持一致，线头勒紧不脱套，产品干净整齐。
查书时每把书应先拉线头，检查缩页、扎破衬、脱线，按三贴一档查看折标，折标不清楚应扳看清楚。
注意检查头尾贴夹错，检查破损、油污等不良品单放修整。
8、每本锁好的书按要求堆放做整齐平整并注明标识。
四、工作质量要求：1、2、针位应均匀分布在书帖的最后一折缝线上。
用线规格：42支纱或60支纱，4股或6股的白色蜡光塔线，或相同规格的塔形化纤线。
3、订缝形式：40克/平放米及以下的四折页书帖，41克/平方米-60克平方米的三折页书帖，或相当于以上厚度的书帖可用交叉锁，除以外均用平锁。
4、5、锁线前根据开本尺寸与要求，调好订距、针数3，并检查配页有无错差。
锁线后书芯各贴应排列正确、整齐、无破损、掉页和油脏。
6、锁线松紧适当，无卷贴、歪贴、漏锁、扎破衬、折角、断线和线圈，缩帖≤2.5mm。

然而，操作人员必须了解可能产生的危险，因为一方面这类应用相当少，另一面又是多种多样的，无法用一个标准来涵盖。
应根据了解的结果，采取相应的预防措施。
当被放下来的压脚压住后，缝料厚度不能超过8 mm。
缝料中不能含有任何硬物。
机器不能在没有护手和护眼装置时使用。
缝纫机只可在干燥和干净的环境内安装和使用。
如果在其它没有达到上述要求的环境中使用本机，可能有必要采取进一步的措施（首先必须得到认可，见EN60204-31：1999）。
作为工业缝纫机生产商，我们认为操作本机的人员受过培训，他们至少知道所有正常的操作，及可能产生的危险情况。
1.2简介根据副型号不同，杜克普爱华559为双线链式线迹锁眼机或单链式线迹圆眼锁眼机，具有用于送料的CNC步进电机和转动锁眼机构。
作为锁眼机，利用二链式线迹勾针，左勾针勾线，进行圆头或无圆头，带圆尾或直尾套结钮孔的锁眼。
559锁眼机，配备面线剪线器和一个电子面线张力调节器。
技术特点本机由内藏于机头臂中的定位传动机构驱动。
X，Y和Z轴上的运动由步进电机驱动。
这些驱动由一电子控制器以及各种气动装置控制。
控制面板装在机头臂上易看见的位置，方便操作人员操作。

锁孔槽加工机操作规程
1、操作者在使用机床前，应仔细阅读说明书。
2、要使用完好无损的专用刀具。
3、在检修机床或更换刀具时，必须切断电源。
4、垂直升降进给用的气压支撑不准分解。
5、钻削带钢板衬得型材，手动进给要均匀，食粮。
6、启动时打开阀门，提供0.4—0.6Mpa的压缩空气。
7、调整2个压紧气缸位置，使其在合适位置上压紧型材。
8、打开电源开关，指示灯亮。
按启动按扭，机器有相应部分即可
运转。
9、放置型材踩下脚踏阀，踏板自锁，压紧型材。
10、双手或单手操作进行铣槽和钻孔。
11、松开操纵手柄，自动复位切断电停机。
12、释放脚踏开关，气缸压头回缩，松开型材。
13、取下加工好的型材，换上新料重复操作。

双屏液晶电子锁使用说明书一、上电初始化：⑴系统出厂用户码“1234”,管理码“123456”，时间00年1月1日、星期6、00时00分00秒。
二、开门操作：⑴按“#”键启动，输入1到8位密码，按“#”键确认。
（输入8位密码后，系统自动确认）⑵如果密码正确，屏幕显示“OPEN”，电磁铁吸合6秒，可进行开门动作。
⑶如果密码不正确，则屏幕显示“Error”，然后重新显示“------”，此时可重新输入密码。
⑷如果连续3次输入密码有误，屏幕显示报警喇叭标志，报警1分钟。
在报警的过程种若输入正确密码即可解除报警并开门。
⑸清除功能：在输入密码过程中，每按一次“*”键，即可清除最后输入的一位数字。
⑹隐码功能：在输入密码之前，先按“*”键，可切换到隐码功能。
三、个人密码的更改：⑴在输入个人密码开门，屏幕显示”OPEN”时，按”*”键系统进入修改个人密码状态，显示“------”。
⑵此时可输入1～8位新的个人密码，再按“#”键确认。
⑶屏幕上显示“Into”，表示密码修改成功。
⑷随后屏幕再显示一次新密码1秒钟，回到待机状态⑸清除功能：在输入新密码过程中，每按一次“*”键，可清除最后输入的一位数字。
⑹修改未完成，10S内未按键，则退出修改状态（密码还是原来的旧密码），回到待机状态。
四、管理密码的更改：⑴在输入管理密码开门，屏幕显示”OPEN”时，同理修改管理密码方法修改即可。
五、查询开门记录：⑴先用密码开门；屏幕显示空白时，按“0”键，可查询以前的开门记录。
每条记录分三屏显示。
⑵第1第2屏显示：开门日期以及时间；第3屏显示：密码类别（形如：“PASS-1”/“PASS-2”）⑶10S内未按键，则退出查询状态，回到待机状态。
六、修改系统日期⑴待机状态下，按“*”键，进入修改系统日期时间状态，相应位开始闪烁。
⑵按”0”或”8”键进行日期的调整每个数字都按”#”键确认，修改完后自动确认新的日期并回到待机状态。
⑶设置途中，按“*”键，后退一格，可重新输入。
