本单元的教学内容“行路安全”这一话题贴合学生的生活实际，也是非常重要的一个内容，具有教育性和时代性。学生对过马路的交通规则、红绿等的具体含义以及车辆的行驶规则已有一定的知识经验基础。本课所重点学习的情态动词must及其否定形式mustn’t可以结合六年级上册的Unit5，Unit6，Unit7中的can\should等情态动词来进行关于规定和规则的表达。本班大部分学生学习积极性较高，思维比较活跃，也擅于表达，但也有一部分学生学习态度不够端正，在学习中有畏难情绪，还有一部分学生善于书面表达但羞于口头表达，教师将设置一些小组合作活动，使得每一位学生都有参与课堂学习、思考和表达的机会，通过不同难度系数的活动，使学生能进行较为准确的综合语言的输出，以此提升学生的综合语言运用能力。
