我国也是有殖民地历史的国家，之所以殖民地经济不仅没有长期的被资本主义列强所控制，而且有殖民历史的地区经济在今天看来发展的还不错的原因是我们借助殖民地高效率的经济模型，大力的发展了我们的国有企业。
虽然国有企业存在效率低下，缺乏民主监管机制等诸多问题，但是可以肯定的是，国有企业的存在使我国的这些地区真正的脱离了西方列强的掌控。
2.地理原因粮食产量低下，进口粮食是一笔很大的费用，而非洲可为世界提供的产品又由于需求不足导致价格低下。
3.科技水平的落后导致工业不发达，制造业相当不发达，很多产品还没有到达量产的阶段，导致商品成本高，价格在世界市场上没有竞争力。
此外非洲的经济来源很大一部分来自于出售原材料型商品和外包矿产和油田的开采权。
4.非洲另外一个主要的经济来源是国际援助，然而来自世界的援助很大程度上并没有被用来发展经济或者改善民生，而是被高层贪污掉了，而且巨额资金的流入使非洲当地的汇率大幅提高，导致出口商品缺乏竞争力。
所以说援助非洲最好的方法不是提供救济物，而是对有发展前景的非洲企业提供商业贷款。
此外，政府开支来源主要是收取农业税（人头税而不是所得税）。
很多非洲国家官方货币是美元，而石油又是非洲的一大重要的经济来源，这导致原油的价格受美国控制，油价的波动直接影响了非洲的经济，也就是说非洲的经济命脉不掌握在自己手里。
5.按照马克思的观点，经济是一个国家的根基，而政治属于上层建筑层面的东西。
所以说政治是经济的表象，当政治剧烈动荡时政治又反作用于经济，导致经济难以发展。

非洲贫困的原因浅析
非洲贫困的原因包括内部原因与外部原因，而内部原因与外部原因时相互交织，共同造成了
如今非洲大陆的经济欠发达，文化相对落后的局面。
1、历史原因:
（1）交通不便：
其实就是地理位置，早期的文明都在北半球的欧洲和近东
印度以至于中国，早期的中西的交通都是走陆地，陆地的
路线不会经过非洲大陆，没有交通商旅就也不会接触外界
的文化了。到后来地理大发现后，欧洲人的脚步也只有
到非洲南端一带而已，其它地区还是原始生活，一直到19
世纪才有比较多的西方人接触到非洲内陆。非洲才有接触
外界文明的机会。
（2）欧洲的奴隶三角贸易 使非洲丧失了近亿精壮劳动力 造成了非洲的贫穷落后
（3）16世纪英国在美洲拥有大量殖民地，美洲的经济结构是种植园经济，需要大量的
劳动力
而当地的原著民也就是印地安人性格刚烈不愿屈服，宁愿死亡也不愿成为侵略者的奴隶
英国只好从更不发达的非洲略多大量的黑人作为劳动力输入美洲
三角贸易的过程是：殖民者带着大量钱财从欧洲出发，到非洲购买廉价劳动力，再将劳
动力带到美洲卖掉，获取大量的财富，偶尔会到亚洲购买一些稀奇的物什，再回到欧洲。
总的来说是欧洲到非洲到美洲再回到欧洲。
（4）三角贸易为英国带来了大量财富，使其资产阶级的力量迅速壮大，加速了其资产
阶级革命和工业革命的爆发。
（5）但三角贸易也是血腥的，它给非洲和美洲的人民带来的沉重的灾难。使非洲的劳
动力大量流失，非洲经济得不到发展。
总的来说三角贸易是罪恶的。
2、自然原因:我觉得是最决定性的影响，非洲的纬度是北纬30度以南延伸到南纬20度，
是个面积很大完整的大陆，没有海湾使得非洲受海洋的影响的程度很低，就很不容易跟
外来文化接触。二来气候属于副热带和热带气候。干旱的气候和不合理的利用黄金，加
剧了沙漠化的进度，严重影响农牧业生产.水力资源虽丰富，但不利于航行
3、人为原因:
（1）人口增加过快，压力过大；
许多国家缺乏经验，管理不善，政策上存在失误;
（2）过去殖民者当局根据宗主国的需要采取“分而治之”的政策，人为划分国界和行政
区界，制造民族矛盾，挑拨宗教冲突，从而导致社会动荡，这也成为非洲目前民族、宗
教和地区矛盾激化的历史渊源。
（3）由于党派、部族、宗教之争，地区、边界问题以及争夺自然资源等原因，非洲地
区战乱不断，政变频仍。据统计，在过去10多年里，3/4的非洲国家在不同程度上卷入
战乱，战乱共夺去800多万人的生命，使1600多万人沦为难民，许多儿童成为孤儿。
长年累月的战乱使得许多非洲国家难以维持从事正常经济建设所需要的稳定局面，基础
设施也遭受重创，经济萧条，物价剧烈波动，投资者望而却步，从而进一步加剧了非洲
的贫困。
综合而言，内部的战乱不断，经济结构不合理，资金、技术、人才短缺，市场体系不完
善，外债负担沉重，政府管理力度欠缺，文化教育水平低，以及外部不合理的国际经济
体系，西方发达国家长期在非洲攫取原材料，倾销制成品等诸多因素造成了非洲的贫困
现状。而持续的贫困又导致了进一步的动荡，为恐怖主义提供了滋生的土壤，继而进一
步恶化经济形势，形成恶性循环。因此，发达国家在关注世界和平与发展问题时，更需
要关注贫穷地区的发展问题
