我们对秘书这个职业有了更进一步的认识，学到了更专业的
秘书学理论知识、实务与基本技能。同时，我也了解了按照
不同标准的分类会议的种类，对会议有了更具体的认识。xx
老师对会议预案进行了着重讲解，并让我们当堂完成一份秘
书英语实务实训试卷，制定一份企业的会议预案，学以致用。
关于秘书礼仪，吴冬妹老师给我们做了一场详细的讲座。吴
老师以有礼走遍天下开题，通过阐述礼仪的重要性，重点讲
解交谈礼仪，我们对礼仪有了更为深刻的认识。
通过这次多样的实训，我不仅对秘书这个职业有了更深入的
认识，还了解了秘书的各种礼仪以及秘书在会议中如何做会
议记录，并且也锻炼了秘书职业中使用英语处理工作的能力，
这些在将来的职业生涯中都是很实用的。
众所周知，秘书英语是门专业性很强的课。这次实训将英语
语言知识及文秘理论知识融合到实际的操作流程中，让我了
解了秘书英语的基本知识与技能，熟悉秘书日常工作和涉外
秘书商务礼仪。
这次秘书英语实训具有很强的针对性和实践性，意义重大，
因为它使我的社交与沟通、组织和协调能力得到了一个程度
的提高，更重要的是，我通过这次实训锻炼了自己的应用写
作能力，提高自己语言运用能力，能更好的表达自己的观点
和思想。总而言之，这次实训是对我英语能力和秘书技能的
一个重大的提高。

实话说，在最开始听到我们要进行英语实训时很是惊讶，没
想到我们也有这样的机会。一直以来我都很喜欢英语，喜欢
她的一切除了背单词。有这样一个机会觉得很是幸运，希望
自己能在这次实训中有所进步。
实训很快的结束了，不知道是时间过的太快，还是实训的时
间太少。不过，即使是这样，我依然学到了很多，也知道了
自己的不足之处。
在开始的时候，老师告诉我们要学书上的八个单元，其实当
时我很是郁闷，为什么英语实训也要书呢？我并不喜欢照书
的学习，我觉得英语学习就应该是无拘无束的，随意的说，
老师在平常的话题中，我们就可以学到知识。不过老师并没
有按部就班的只照书，她更多的是让我们学习一些商务中可
能用到的知识。例如，怎样道歉，怎样邀请等等，我觉得这
很有用。同时，老师还给了文章让我们练习口语，我们都知
道中国人学习英语，汉音特别重，尤其是各地的口音，并且
不流利，没有感情，通篇一个语调，或者就是很快，一会就
结束了，也不知道说了什么。在这里我知道说英语不一定要
快，但要吐词清晰，不要带有“恩”，“啊”等中文词，宁
愿挺顿一下，让别人听清你说了什么。
在书中，我们练习了听力，学到了办公中的一些设备名称，
平时我们可能遇到但不会说的，还有我们不认识的，学了很
多，其实一些造词真的很有趣。从考CET到现在的听力，我
了解到我可以听到但有的并不懂，虽然这个词我学过了，但
真正听到时，我并不知道就是这个词，是因为我对这个词并
不熟，或者说用得不多吗？这个我要去找到原因并努力改正，
不能让自己落后在听力上（单词上）。我要经常听英语，并
且看英语书籍来巩固自己的词汇量。
在写作方面，我们总共写了三个文章（暂且就说是文章吧），
虽然只有三个，但内涵却很大。第一个是一天的计划，老师
告诉我们无论什么时候都要学会计划时间，不能让时间白白
的浪费掉。第二个是英文书信，虽然这不是自己写的，但我
们了解了英文书信该怎样写，上面的单词是什么意思，这样
就不会弄错了，第三个是英文简历，这个是我们毕业找工作
时必须要用到的，很棒吧！
