尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：
大家下午好！在这个金秋送爽、丹桂飘香的时节，让我站在这里跟大家一起交流英语教学工作经验，感到十分惭愧。
我才工作几年，经验是谈不上的。
今天我只是把我的一些做法与体会和大家一起交流一下，肯定会有很多不足之处，真诚的希望各位领导、老师多多指教。
一、激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣
那么，如何激发学生学习英语的兴趣,我有以下几点看法。
首先，要有和谐融洽的师生关系。
平时，我都以朋友的身份去对待每一位学生，尤其是那些问题学生，不带“有色眼镜”去看待他们，和他们以诚相待，以心换心，久而久之，使学生真心的相信教师，心悦诚服的接受老师的批评和教育。
除了相信学生还要进行感情交流。
我都会利用课余时间和学生交流，在玩中了解他们心里的想法；在课堂上给学生讲点他们喜欢的笑话或故事，不会让他们感觉课堂太枯燥，这样学生学的轻松，老师也教的轻松。
其次，教师要教的有“趣”。
小学生的特点是活泼好动，自制能力较差，有意注意持续的时间相对较短，很难在40分钟的课堂上全神贯注地听课。
我在课堂教学中经常开展一些游戏、对话情境等教学活动，学生的学习热情就高涨，改变了由于长时间的听课带来的沉闷气氛，从而再次激起学生的学习兴趣。
第三，培养学生的自信心。
我认为，对于有进步或表现好的学生，教师要恰到好处的表扬，能使学生的积极性得到提高，且对于有些学习成绩不好，但他的英语书写很棒，或者他回答问题的声音响亮，语感较好的，我都对他进行适时表扬，使他们在得到赞赏的同时，产生更大的学习动力。
二、创设轻松的语言氛围，让学生多听多说
在课堂上我尽量使用这些英语来引导学生学习，刚开始学生听不懂接受不了，但久而久之学生习惯了我说的，这样简单的锻炼了他们的听力。
没有良好的环境我们就要创造环境。
多说、多读、多练习是学习英语的最好方法。
所以在课外，我要求他们遇到要相互用英语打招呼，做错事情也用英语说对不起。
在课堂
上我把大部分时间也都留在多说、多读、多练习上，利用少量的时间讲解课文知识，安排大量的口语练习：短文对话，表演，朗读等，鼓励孩子们大胆张口，而且也不会因为他们说错而批评他们并且还帮助他们纠正错误。
我一直强调的就是：你开口说，你的英语已经学会了一半，你能说的通顺，你就掌握了百分之九十九，你就只要再努力百分之一，那你的英语就能学的很好了。
在这种情况下我所教的英语课都是比较热闹的，我也尽量让每一位学生都有发言的机会。
但有些学生由于学习速度慢，又怕说错了丢人所以就不怎么吭气，我尽量鼓励他们张嘴，“想学好英语如果不开口谁都不知道你说的对不对，你只有开口说别人才能知道你说的是对是错，才能帮你，使你的英语更上一层楼。
”
三、抓住教学重难点，精讲精炼
在课堂上遇到重难点我会花大量时间把重难点讲的细致清楚，让学生更容易理解掌握，有时甚至花一堂课的时间来处理。
同时我利用教材本身进行一定的扩展，不拘于书本上的有限的知识。
例如，在教授比较级的时候，书本上的本来都是些比较规则的形容词及副词，我就适当的补充了一些不规则的形容词或副词。
四、讲究作业布置与批改的方法
作业布置方面，尤其是动笔的作业，我比较注重的是“质”，而不是“量”。
平时的作业可以说我布置得比较合适。
有些学生不喜欢在课后记单词，我就让他们抄写单词，一个写十遍，这样最起码利用作业这十遍让单词在他们的脑子里留下点“足迹”；课文部分学生虽然会读，但不会写课文中的单词，我也同样利用作业让学生抄写短篇课文，使他们除了加深课文印象之外还能熟悉课文中的单词；对于每课的重点句型除了让学生多说、多练习之外，还要求学生把所学习的句型自己编写出来写在作业上，检测他们掌握到什么程度。
这样既让学生把最基本的知识都掌握差不多了，并且做到了及时复习巩固。
同时，我“分层”布置作业，对于掌握得比较好的学生，我就让给他们多做一些灵活性较强的题目作业；而对于基础比较薄弱的学生，则多布置还是一些抄写的作业，这样既巩固了他们的基础，又保护了他们的学习积极性，为以后的提高打下了伏笔。
至于作业的批改，我比较喜欢“面批”，这样，学生书写不规范有错误的，我可以给他们及时指正，句型错误的加以指导。
而且每个学生遇到的问题都不太一样，这样做比较有针对性，帮助他们及时消化当天所学的知识。
五、自主学习与课外辅导的合理安排
课后辅导也是很重要的一个环节。
我每周都会让每个学生把学习中的疑惑、还需要老师强调或单独辅导的问题写在小纸条上，逐一翻阅，有的以书面形式回复，有的利用课余时间单独辅导，有的在课堂中集中讲解，既使学生掌握住了知识，也拉近了师生间的距离。
六、培养良好的英语学习习惯
想要学好英语只有老师做到以上这些是远远不够的，学生如果不自觉那么老师再努力也是不行的。
所以要培养学生养成良好的学习习惯，不要总让老师监督学习，要让他们自主学习，这样学习英语就事半功倍了。
在平时的教学中我让学生们先做好预习工作，这样在学习时就等于是学到了一半；而且平时在课堂之外，也要自己主动的学习，多读，多看，多练习。
让他们用我曾经教过他们的学习方法自己掌握新知识，比如新单词的学习，可以利用我平时教他们的音标来自己组合学习并掌握发音。
七、及时帮助英语后进生进步
后进生由于他们的基础较差，自主学习有些困难，所以我就把班里的学生分成若干小组，进行“一帮一”活动，他们相互帮助，互相学习各自的优点，补全自己的不足，这样的小组对于班级的学习有很大的帮助，两极分化稍稍减少一点。
让后进生在优等生的互相帮助下，让他们知道自己不是一无是处，他们也有他们的重要性和必要性，使之对学习萌生兴趣。
在班上，我还专门培养了四，五个主力同学，担任英语小老师，专门帮助那些对于单词认读、句子朗读有困难的学困生，进行“一对一，一对二”帮扶，同时，检查其他中等程度的同学掌握单词的记忆与巩固情况。
以上是我在教学中特别注重的一些做法向老师们汇报，有不当之处敬请各位老师批评指正。

在这个专业的队伍中我是非专业的，所以经验介绍呢就谈不上了，我就想和大家分享一下我的教学生活，一定会有很多不足动地方，真诚的希望各位老师多多指教。
我觉得英语最重要的是读背，所以我先说一下我的读书布置和检查。
首先说的是午读，大家都知道我们英语早读每个班只有一天，那么点早读时间不要说背单词了，就是课文也读不熟悉，读不流利。
所以我教的五个班从上学期到现在每天都有午读，读书的时候安排有领读的同学，当领读的发现哪一页同学们的不够好，领读的就会喊停，然后叫同学跟自己一句一句的读，平时午读的时候也制定有积分制，每组迟到一个人扣10分，哪组读得大声了，一课加10分，读书期间吃东西玩玩具写作业或不出声的扣10一个人，一个星期的分数到星期五的时候就执行奖惩。
现在这学期有广播声，所以靠近每广播喇叭的班级每天早上放学前去我那拿小蜜蜂领读。
而家作我也时常布置有读书作业，这一作业我是要求学生回去读给家长听，叫家长在家长群上汇报给我的，家长可以在群上孩子读书的照片，可以发短短的视频，可以写谁谁已读。
可能有些家长会说他们不会听，但我跟孩子们说你们的家长不用会听，你们的家长看到你读了，他就会帮你拍照了，不用他们会听的。
这样就可以孩子们回去就会完成所布置的读书的家作了。
而背单词，我一个星期要求背一个单元的单词，背得的同学可以为自己组的午读加10分，这样学生就会很积极去背了，因为是为一组加分不单单是为自己加分。

1.团结协作的教研组。
我认为一个人所取得成就一定多方面综合作用的成果。
虽然进入红星路小学教研组仅仅一年时间，但是我感觉我们几位老师之间相互协作，相互帮带，已经非常有默契。
例如，联教课时我和贺老师多次在一起磨课，研究教案，制作课件。
彭瑶老师第一次上公开课时，情况不理想，我毫无保留的提出我对这节课的看法，并将我的教案和课件发给她参考，她有一些疑问我们也一起探讨，在轻松的工作氛围中我们共同进步。
2.建立了良好的师生关系。
