Status菜单中查看一下是否存在以CLNU开头的磁带，没有的话BACK，选择
Magazine Access
点开各个抽屉后，可以看到每个抽屉内的磁带条码，在此处要记住清洗带所在的槽位。
Magazine Access可以将带库两面的门打开，将里面的磁带槽拉出，进行添加和取走磁带。
Menu菜单打开后如下图，然后是Maintenance
然后就是Clean Drive菜单，在进到这一步的时候可能会提示输入密码，默认密码是5566
选择Clean Drive后就会出现下图所示，选择Drive 和需要移动的清洗带槽位。
全部按照刚才记住的槽位进行输入后按Execute Move,清洗完毕后会有提示，请将清洗带移动到原来的位置。
HP 220带库HP-UX 11环境下的安装
HP 2/20带库HP-UX 11环境下的安装对于UNIX下面磁带库的使用，主要问题是Library的识别；如果能够解决识别问题，其他的问题就迎刃而解。
关于在HP-UX的使用，介绍如下:1、主要使用的命令是ioscan和lsdev，大家可以查看该命令的具体使用。
2、连接磁带库的时候，可以采用SCSI控制卡和FC HBA卡。
HP-UX小机的SCSI控制卡所连接的磁带库驱动程序分为两种：spt和sctl，跟SCSI控制卡有关，在内核中绑定有。
HP的28655A卡，磁带库需要使用spt驱动，其他一些集成的卡使用sctl驱动程序。
通过ioscan -f命令可以查到。
FC HBA卡的驱动程序跟vendor有关系。
如果将驱动添加到内核，需要重新编译内核。
3、使用spt驱动程序的时候，磁带库的所有设备（包括机械手臂和tape）的设备文件都位于/dec/spt目录下。
连接完磁带库并加电，使用ioscan -f命令，可以查看到该磁带库设备，使用spt的驱动程序；然后使用lsdev -d spt命令查看该设备的major number(137)。
