Unit 3 Lesson 1 Enjoy the Story教案一、教材分析：本课是北师大版《英语》六年级上册第三单元的第一课时，是故事教学。
本文故事选取的是学校运动会的情景，因此本课的话题是体育运动和比赛。
从功能上看，本单元是在前两个单元学习的基础上，学习、巩固对过去事件或动作的描述，所以本课时主要是引领学生在情景中理解故事中的人物、行为、结果和人物情绪的变化。
从内容上看，本课故事内容比较有趣，Ken 和Ann在校运动会上参加赛跑没得奖，Mocky最后利用自己的优势在跳高比赛中获得冠军。
体育运动和比赛永远是学生最热衷的话题，因此在本课，教师要抓住Mocky 的情绪变化以调动学生的积极性。
此外，序数词的理解和使用在本课是教学的重点，也是难点，因此教师在理解课文和设计练习时要多结合情景进行。
二、教学目标：1. 学生能够理解故事的主要情节和内容。
2. 能够运用表示次序的词汇：first, second, third和过去时态，询问和描述比赛情景。
三、教学重点难点：重点：能够复述故事，并能根据图片将故事连贯起来。
难点：能够灵活运用所学句型。
三、教学过程：Step1 Warm-up在前两个单元学习的基础上，学生已经能够运用一般过去时简单描述自己做过的事情或动作，因此在本课时的教学中，教师主要引导学生由一句向几句进行过渡来描述简单的比赛过程。
Step 2 Free talk1. 引出课题：（老师边做跑步、踢球的动作边说）：I like sports. Do you like sports? Look at these pictures.（出示学校运动会照片）问：What day was it? It was our last school sports day.板书课题School sports day。
领读两遍。
2. 复现已学过的比赛项目的词汇。

让学生初步感知动词过去式的变化及简单用法是本册书的重点教学内容之一。
第一单元已经出现了had, was, were，本单元是第一单元的深化，继续感知和学习动词过去式的变化并呈现过去时的否定用法。
二、教学目标：1. 学生能够理解故事的主要情节和内容。
2. 了解在描述过去发生的事件或动作时动词的形式会发生变化。
3. 通过故事内容的学习，培养学生良好的进餐习惯。
三、教学重点难点：重点：能够看懂连环画故事中的叙述文字。
难点：能够简单叙述故事内容。
三、教学过程：Step1 warm-up老师向同学们问好，向同学们再次隆重介绍猴子Mocky，带领学生从连环画的内容来理解Mocky拜访Ann一家之后发生的事情。
环画故事比较有趣，讲的是Mocky 来找Ken和Ann 玩，正赶上他们吃早饭。
Ann给Mocky一只香蕉，Mocky正好肚子饿了，便一口吃下去，结果被噎着的内容。

（2）用同样的方式，让学生说一说Xiao Mei妈妈的生日，呈现相关材料，然后让学生看其他人物和月份，呈现6，7，9，11月份名称。
（3）让学生两人一组，问答方式询问和说明小美一家人的生日日期，然后把月份抄写到日历上。
