装包也是男女有别男女背包在装包时也有一点区别,因为男生的躯干上半身较长而女生的上半身躯干较短但腿较长,装填时男生的重物置高些,因为男生的重心位置接近胸腔,女生的重心侧低些,位置接近腹部,重的物品尽量贴紧背部,让重量高于腰。

我们建议的方式是将帐面象叠被子一样叠成长方体,其长宽与背包相同或稍大一点,并用一根扁绳收紧,地钉也夹在帐面中(因为地钉带防护套,所以不会扎坏帐面)。
叠好的帐面建议放在背包的最上层,也就是说一打开背包,第一个就是帐篷。

新手须知的背山包知识一只合适的登山包对户外爱好者的作用究竟有多大?先来听听一些户外爱好者异口同声的感叹吧--你的家就在你的背上。
(这是我买的哥仑步登山包,很符合我的需要。
)非常恰当的比喻,将一只登山包比喻成一个小家,其中隐含的意思应该有两层:只要是隔宿的登山活动,凡是吃的、喝的、用的、睡的所有家当都放在这么一个背包里。
另外,对于“漂一族”而言,出门在外时这只包就像家一般重要。
所以,在出游所需要的一系列装备中,登山包不仅是最为重要的配备之一,在挑选方面也最为讲究。
如果你是刚刚上路的新手,亦或正在为挑选一只实用且美观的登山包发愁,那你必须先对登山包的结构进行一些了解。
因为登山包本身与其他包类有着很大区别,它力求的是在尽量小的空间里,合理地放进尽量多的东西,并让你在长途跋涉中轻松自如。
登山包可分为背负、装载和外挂三个系统。
背负系统保证背包的舒适及承重,包括双背肩带、腰带、胸带、受力调整带、背负支撑机构和调整装置。
登山包背负调整机构有上调式和下调式,上调式一般在肩带根部设调整点,下调式则是在腰带中部安装调节装置,这两类调节虽能根据背负者高矮调整背部尺码,但受到一定限制专业登山包的肩带都附有受力带,设一组或两组调整支点,其作用是调整背包上肩部的距离,承受背包上部的重力均匀地作用于腰部。
胸带可调整双肩带的开距,增强背包的稳定性并有利于呼吸。
装载系统则为了方便分装、填物。
一般由主袋、顶包和侧包构成。
主袋设计多采用上下分层式,中间装一个活动隔层可连通可断开,方便驴子们依据需要分装物品,从上下都可以“囊中取物”。
最后就是外挂系统。
一只专业的登山包,外挂系统必不可少。
背包的外挂有顶挂、侧挂、背挂、底挂等,通常采用点固定或条固定性式。
点挂式一般设两个或四个对应挂点。
使用时采用两点或四点捆绑固定,条挂式通常是在背包正面装两排外挂条带,每条设若干固定点,其固定物品更具有随意性,较少受形态的影响。
登山包虽然都设计了外挂点,但大都不配外挂带,使用者可用柔软的尼龙绳固定,亦可到登山器材专营店去购买一种规范设计的外挂带。
正确认识户外背包的背负系统

正确认识户外背包的背负系统关于户外背包的背负系统,这是驴友最关心的焦点。
M的APS系统和B的TCS相比(CR、AIR FLEX系统不在同一档次上,故排除),M 和B都强调把户外背包在承重点集中在人的腰部一下,也就是人的尾椎骨自然隆起那部分,这样就会减低户外背包对肩部的压力(其实所有户外背包的背负设计都是如此)。
B与M的区别B的TCS靠的是两根铝合金(钛合金)管,背重物的时候,相当于是背负的TCS管架而不是包身,所以B在这方面更能把人体的承力点集中在尾负,背胛4个方位,而且防止包身的晃动也非常出色,尤其是在险要的地段,人体本身需要大幅度摆动操作的时候,TCS更能减低户外背包晃动的惯性冲击。
M的APS系统强调的是包身和人体背部的贴切,虽然APS的背负系统调节要比TCS复杂得多,但如果调节得当,整个包体可以非常人性化的紧贴在人的背部,舒适感要比TCS明显4个受力点要好很多。
当然APS也把承力重点放在腰尾。
采用的是一块肥厚的纤维泡沫版紧贴人的腰背,然后以两块类似B的CR背负系统的加长铝合金版,将包体对肩部、背部的压力传递到腰背。
M的防侧滑功能是靠户外背包底部左右两根细小的铝合金管来实现的,也有点TCS的味道,但实际效果和JACK WOLFSKIN和VAU DE的那种靠侧带来防晃动的设计一样,感觉效果不及TCS,而且必须把左右的连接到腰垫的户外背包带拉紧,才能让防晃动侧滑功能起作用(这一点涉及到后面要介绍的户外背包带的用料)。
另外M的肩带有个很大的特点:由于M的背负系统比TCS要更有效的让腰尾承受更重的压力,所以其肩带就相对B包做得稍微薄一点窄一点,非常适合亚洲人种比较窄的肩宽,不会象B那样,两根肥大的肩带,虽然增大了肩部受压面积分散了肩部承力,但会把肩宽较窄的人的两肩的突骨勒得很痛。
而且就同样的包重,M的肩部受力要比B要减少很多,主要的压力都被APS系统传递到腰尾部去了。
再次提醒,M的背负系统调节复杂,B买的时候最好能让商家介绍清楚!户外背包用料设计:很明显,B的户外背包带要比M的密度大很多,也更结实一些。

如何正确使用户外登山包
一个好的背包可以使你的行程更加舒适。
作为自助旅行最重要的一部分,背包的设计与容量直接关系到旅行成功与否,可能根据旅途的长短及实际需要确定不同容量的背包,一般有30多公升到 70公升等不同类型的。
我的背包就是70公升的很大,专业的背包会有两铝管支撑结构,把力均匀分布到各受力点上;一般背包的外面都会有许多的外挂,可以挂上诸如水壶、三角架等许多东西。
正确的背包的装法是使两边摆放的东西平衡,重的东西放在较上面。
一般背包分为上下两层,下层可以放睡袋、鞋子等。
(1)装包
把帐篷、睡袋、防潮垫各自竖着放进背包,自己的衣物塞到这些东西的缝隙里,再把吃的和其它杂物放在上面,常用的东西放在背包的侧兜里,比如手纸、手电筒、水壶等,注意:重的东西应放在背包上部,并且装包时不要将睡袋、防潮垫随便放在地上,以免弄脏或让昆虫爬入。
(2)背包
将肩带松开,把包放到较高的位置或让别人托一下,背上包以后再收紧腰带和肩带,收紧背包的腰带是为了让包的大部分重量分配到腰臀部,使肩膀不累;收紧肩带是为了让背包更贴近后背,行走中好
掌握平衡。
团队训练时每个背包上都有背包号,请大家记住自己的包号,以免拿错。
背负系统又该如何挑选呢?
买包时不能光看容量和号码,还要看你该用多大的背负系统(suspension system)。
选包之前你最好请家人朋友帮你用尺子(最好用裁缝用的软皮尺)量一下你的torso length(躯干长度)。
这个躯干长度指的是从你的第七块脊椎骨(就是你脖子和肩膀交接处最突出的那块骨头)到和你胯骨平行的那块儿脊椎骨之间的距离。
这个躯干长度和你的内架需要相符,千万不要以为你1米8的个就该背个大号的包,有的人身子长腿短,有的人身子短腿长。
一般来说,如果你的躯干长度小于45公分,你应该买一个小号的包。
如果你的躯干长度在45-52厘米之间,你应该选一个中号的包。
如果你的躯干长度在52厘米以上,你应该挑一个大号的包。
好的厂家提供特大(56厘米以上)或特小号(40厘米以下)的包,而且还可以量身定做。
各大厂家的包大小不一,而且即使是同一厂家不同系列的包尺寸也不一样。
你最好能问清楚,或者找一些数据,实在不行就量一下内架的长度。
背包上哪些地方可以调节?
45升以上的背包,至少会有五个可以调节的松紧带,有不同的功能:
腰带:厚实的腰带,是背包分摊重量很重要的一环,也是专业背包和普通旅游背包最明显的区别。
腰带可以调节,按个人需要,调节到背负舒适。
各厂家的尺寸不一样,一般来讲,腰带的尺寸如下:
如果你的腰围(绕胯骨一周)为68厘米以下,选特小号。
如果你的腰围为68-78厘米,选小号。
如果你的腰围为78-92厘米,选中号。
如果你的腰围为92-106厘米,选大号。
如果你的腰围为106厘米以上,选特大号。
另外,因为男女体形不同,好的厂家专门为女生设计了一些款式的背包。
这些包的背负系统是根据女性的身体特点特别制作的。
肩带:设计良好的背包,肩带厚实且有排气效果,在一般负重不超过体重的1/3时,不会有不舒适感。
调节好了,包和你的肩胛骨之间不会有什么空隙(驼背的人例外)。
好的包可以自己任意调节在肩膀上的重量分配,你可以根据体力以及环境随时调整。
胸带:用来调节两条肩带之间的距离,使用时应调节到让背包既能贴紧身体,又不会有压迫感为佳。
胸带在减轻肩部的负重效果时很明显。
背包压缩带:主要的功能是用来调节背包容量,外挂器材及保持重心不移动。
重心调节带:背带上部和背包之间的连接带,是重心调节带,平时一般保持45度角,拉紧可以将重心移到肩部,松开可以将重心移到臀部,通过肩臀之间的调节,可以减轻疲劳。
在平路上,可以把重心调高一点,而在下坡路时把重心调低。
背包如何调节?
1. 购买背包之前,应先将所有调整带松开再加上重量,因为若无重量就无法知道背包背起来的感觉、背负调整范围是否合适。
2. 背上背包后应检查内藏铝条弧度和背部曲线是否吻合,如果不合则检查铝条是否可弯曲;若可弯曲则使用一段时间后铝条自然会弯成与背部相合的曲线。
背包和背部接触部分是否舒适透气?
3. 肩背带和背包连接处须低于肩膀5-8公分,而且肩背带和背包间的空隙要小。
胸带则可调整肩背带在胸前开合的宽度,并使肩背带能在肩膀上较舒服的位置,且能防止背包晃动。
4. 当把背包调整到最合适的位置后,应检查头部的视线如何?是否能抬头望而不会碰到背包顶部?戴上头盔时是否仍可仰望到天空?
5. 肩背带的调整范围必须和背部的长度相符合,才能使重心落在理想的位置;臀带必须能扎在胯骨上。
背起背包时还应能从后面看到臀部及双腿,身材较娇小的女性要特别注意这一点,不要背起背包时从后只能看到背包及小腿,这是非常错误而且危险的。
总之,好的背负系统调节合适了,可以把大部分重量(60%以上)转移到胯部和臀部,使不同的肌肉部位都能分担重量,那样你的肩膀会轻松很多,活动起来也更灵活。
