爸爸说,火腿是云南特产,在宣威,有一座山,山上有许多黑猪,它们啃着山上的草,喝着山泉水,自由自在,所以它们长出来的肉才格外香!
我第一次吃火腿的时候,才三岁!妈妈把火腿切成几乎透明的薄片,接着放进锅里,轻轻地煎一煎。

火腿香,煎出来的油也香,闻着就淌口水!
爷爷说,火腿要放好几年才能吃,等它变成深红色,并带有冷冽的酒香,那才是最美味的时候!
