读后续写写作手法之修辞押韵佳句

押韵或者说押头韵或尾韵是英语文学中常见的一种修辞手法

适当运用修辞会让你的续写语言优美跳脱！！！

押韵的修辞往往会形成双名词或双形容词或双动词的共振，

让你的文章读起来朗朗上口，颇具音韵美，批卷老师必然被你的作文打动。

第一组：

1.toss and turn（尤指因无法入睡而）翻来覆去，辗转反侧

I was tossing and turning all night.

我整晚辗转反侧，无法入睡。

1.cut and thrust唇枪舌剑，激烈争论

She enjoys the cut and thrust of party politics.

她喜欢党派政治中的唇枪舌剑。

2.born and bred土生土长的

He's a Parisian born and bred.

他是土生土长的巴黎人。

3.wait and see等等看；等着瞧

No decision will be made until next year,so you'll just have to wait and see.

得等到明年才会有决定，所以你只好等等看了。

4.wear and tear（一定时期内的）磨损，损耗

Seat covers on trains take a lot of wear and tear.

火车上的座套磨损比较严重。

5.meet-and-greet见面会（知名人物与群众对话的活动）The President took a short meet-and-greet walk to the restaurant.总统到酒店出席了一个简短见面会。

6.bread and butter谋生的职业；谋生之道Gardening is my bread and butter at the moment.

眼下园艺工作是我的谋生之道。

7.bed and breakfast（私人住宅或小旅馆提供的）住宿和早餐We're staying at a farm that does bed and breakfast.

我们住在一家提供住宿和早餐的农庄里。

8.surf and turf海鲜牛排套餐

We spent three days together,eating surf and turf.

我们在一起待了三天，吃海鲜牛排大餐。

9.here and there到处，在各处

There were a few books here and there,but apart from that the room was quite bare.

房间里散放着几本书，但除此之外几乎没有什么东西。10.awake and alert

People who wake up to musical alarms reported feeling more awake and alert.

早上被音乐脑中叫醒的人感觉更加的清醒和警觉。
